Grounded is the honest way to curb your phone. Your most distracting apps stay locked by default. To unlock them, you earn credits from real-world activity and then spend them to buy a timed unlock window. 1 credit = 1 minute of screen time. No streaks-at-all-cost guilt. No "social accountability" nagging. Just a clear trade: earn your screen time, one minute at a time. HOW IT WORKS • Pick which apps to block (Instagram, TikTok, X, Reddit, anything distracting) • Earn credits — 10 per 1,000 steps, up to 30 per nature check-in, 1 per 2 min of focus (Premium boosts mindfulness to 1 per 90 sec) • Tap Unlock, pick a window — 15, 30, or 60 minutes, or a 5–10 minute Quick Check • Your apps stay open for the full window, on the clock. Not on how much you actually use them • Lock early and any unused credits come back EARN CREDITS FOUR WAYS • Walking — reads your step count from Apple Health (your step count never leaves your device) • Workouts — cycling, swimming, strength, HIIT, yoga and more earn credits too • Focus sessions — Deep Focus, Mindfulness, or Movement. Choose a timer, pick a theme, go • Nature visits — the app finds real parks, trails, and beaches near you. Check in for +15 to +30 credits STAY COMMITTED • Protected Time — schedule hours when credits can't be spent (sleep, work, dinner) • Monk Mode — block everything except your essentials for a set stretch (Premium) • A block screen that shows your live credit balance, right where the temptation happens • A short breathing pause before each unlock, so you decide on purpose — not on autopilot HONEST BLOCKING Grounded doesn't pretend to track how much you actually use an app — iOS doesn't give us that number in real time without daily lag. Instead it's a clean wall-clock deal: you buy minutes, you get minutes. Predictable and fair. BEAUTIFUL PROGRESS • Streak card — your current run and personal best • Credits chart — earned vs spent • Focus Score — a simple 0-1000 wellness signal • Weekly recap and achievements — a real grid, not social flexing BUILT FOR PRIVACY • No sign-in. No account. No password. • No backend. Nothing personal leaves your device — only anonymous, opt-out usage counts. • No ads. No tracking. No advertising or profiling SDKs. • Your display name, your step count, your location, your sessions — all stay on this phone. PREMIUM (OPTIONAL) • Unlimited blocked apps (free tier: 3) • 60-minute unlock windows (free tier: 15 or 30 min) • No daily unlock limits (free tier: 60 minutes across 2 windows, plus 3 Quick Checks, per day) • Unlimited focus sessions per day (free tier: 3) • Higher daily caps — 120 step credits (free 60) and 90 nature credits (free 30) • Credit rollover — carry up to 30 unspent credits into tomorrow • Unlimited Protected Time schedules (free tier: 1) and Monk Mode • Longer focus sessions and all 6 focus themes (free tier: 2 — Beach and Forest) • Custom nature spots and search radius up to 20 km (free tier: 5 km) • Month and Year views in Progress (free tier: Week) • Streak Freeze — one rest day per rolling 7 days (free tier: 1 per month) • Strict Mode and an optional settings passcode to guard your commitment • Monthly ($4.99/mo) or Annual ($39.99/yr) — both with a 7-day free trial — or Lifetime ($99.99 once) HOW IT'S DIFFERENT Most digital wellness apps either nag you, track you, or require you to sign up so they can charge your email forever. Grounded is a one-tap download, no login, your personal data stays on-device, and you can delete every trace in one tap from Settings. Built by one person who was tired of apps that said they'd help and just sold ads against the attention problem they claimed to solve. --- Privacy Policy: https://getgrounded-app.vercel.app/privacy Terms of Service: https://getgrounded-app.vercel.app/terms Support: alexiedemo1@gmail.com

Understand your skin — one day at a time. Trigger is a personal skincare tracker that helps you spot the patterns between your daily habits and how your skin looks. Instead of guessing what's behind a breakout, log what you do and let Trigger surface the possible connections over time. HOW IT WORKS • Log daily in under a minute — skin status, food, shaving, stress, sleep, and more. • Add weekly photos and get an AI skin-score estimate to track visible change over time. • See possible triggers ranked by how often they line up with your breakouts. • Build a barrier-first routine and check product ingredients as you go. WHAT YOU CAN TRACK • Daily skin status and barrier symptoms • Food, supplements, shaving, sleep, stress, and workouts • Weekly photos with per-zone AI estimates • Your skincare routine, with ingredient flagging • Local weather (humidity, UV) as an environmental factor BUILT AROUND YOUR PRIVACY • Your logs and photos are private to your account. • No ads. No third-party analytics or tracking. • Export all of your data or delete your account anytime. A CLEARER PICTURE Trigger uses AI to estimate skin scores and surface correlations from your own logs — giving you a clearer picture to bring to your own routine or your dermatologist. Trigger is a tracking and educational tool. It does not provide medical advice or diagnosis. Always consult a qualified dermatologist for medical concerns. Trigger offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, Trigger Pro: • Monthly — $6.99 (with a 7-day free trial) • Annual — $49.99 Trigger Pro unlocks AI trigger analysis, AI photo scoring, weekly AI briefings, derm-ready PDF reports, and guided elimination tests.
