nutrx is a simple, private app for tracking the vitamins, supplements and nutrients you take every day. There's no preset list. You decide what to track — Vitamin D in IU, protein in grams, water in litres, caffeine in mg — and set your own goal for each: at least, at most, or a range. Log with a tap and watch your progress fill up through the day. Track at a glance • A day score shows how many goals you've met, your streak and your next reminder • Every nutrient gets a progress ring in its own colour and icon • + and − log one step; tap a nutrient to log an exact amount with a note Log faster • Stacks: log everything you take together, like your morning vitamins, in one tap • Siri and Shortcuts: "Log my Vitamin D with nutrx" or "Log my Morning stack with nutrx" • Export your whole log as a CSV file whenever you like See how you're doing • Hit rate, daily average and best day for the last 7, 30 or 90 days • A weekday pattern that shows the day you tend to miss • A month calendar of your history, with your current and best streak Wherever you are • Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, with one-tap logging • An Apple Watch app and complications • Reminders for each nutrient that go quiet once you've logged it • iCloud sync across your iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch Private by design nutrx has no account, no ads, no analytics and no servers of its own. Your data lives on your devices and in your own private iCloud, and you can turn sync off any time. nutrx never sees it. nutrx Pro (optional) Everything above is free and stays free. nutrx Pro adds a few things around tracking: • Supply & refills — see how many days are left in a bottle and what it costs a month, get one reminder before it runs out, and add it to your shopping list • Courses — take something for a set time ("for 5 days", "until 24 Oct"): after the last day it leaves Today, its reminders stop, and your streak isn't affected • Schedules — take something on set weekdays, every few days, on and off, or a few times a week; a day it isn't due never counts as missed • Scan a label — point the camera at the Supplement Facts and the new nutrient fills itself in • Weekly recap — a short summary of your week, every Sunday evening • Trends with Apple Health — how your intake lines up with your sleep, workouts and active energy. nutrx only reads from Health, and nothing it reads is stored or synced • Report for your doctor — a clean PDF of any period: goals, daily totals, hit rates and your notes • Widgets and controls — log a stack or a nutrient from Control Center, the Lock Screen or the Action button, and see one nutrient, or what's running low, on your Home and Lock Screens Labels and recaps are read and written on your iPhone, with Apple Intelligence where available. Nothing is uploaded. nutrx never recommends amounts; your goals are always yours to set. nutrx Pro is a monthly or yearly subscription (the yearly plan starts with a free week) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings.
