Most habit apps set you up to fail. They let you add dozens of habits, and you end up completing none of them. One Habit Challenge is different. You pick ONE habit and commit to it for 30 days. That's it. Why it works: Focus beats overwhelm — one habit gets your full attention 30 days builds real habits — long enough to stick, short enough to stay motivated Intentional completion — press and hold to mark each day done, making every day feel like an achievement Visual progress — watch your 30-day grid fill up with completed days Track your streaks — see your current streak and longest streak Build your history — every completed challenge is saved as proof you can change Stop juggling. Start focusing. Build one habit that actually sticks.
