Dead simple. Pick your goal. Get three routes. Start running. And brand new in this version: connect to Strava so every run counts. Random Run generates loop running routes that start and end right where you are — on real roads, not straight lines on a map. No account. No planning. No data collection. Just run. How it works Pick your goal — 5 km, 30 minutes, whatever fits your day. Distance or duration, your call. One tap and you get three unique loop routes heading in different directions from your start point. Pick the one that catches your eye, or hit regenerate and keep exploring. Run with turn-by-turn guidance Follow the route with step-by-step navigation. Your next turn shows up on the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island via Live Activity — distance to the turn, elapsed time, pace, all without unlocking your phone. Eyes up, feet moving. Personalized for your pace Connect HealthKit and duration mode calculates a route based on how fast you actually run. Totally optional — we never see or store your health data. Take your route anywhere Export any route as a GPX file to load into Garmin, Strava, or whatever else you use. Run complete Time, distance, pace — everything you want to see right after you finish. Details Free. No ads. No subscriptions. Available in English, French, and German. Works without location access — enter an address and use timer mode. Random Run is for the runner who wants to explore, not optimize. Lace up, tap Generate, and find your new fave.

Tap once and get a fresh walking loop that starts and ends right where you're standing. Pick how long you have, from 15 minutes to 2 hours, and go. Made for a lunchtime stroll, a daily lap of your neighborhood or sightseeing in a new city. No planning, no dead ends, no walking back the way you came. Random Walk plans each loop with Apple Maps walking directions and sizes it to your pace (easy, normal or brisk). CHOOSE A THEME • Wander – a fresh loop in a random direction • Green – nature nearby: parks, water and trees • Coffee – past a café, about halfway around • Sights – a mini city tour via museums, landmarks and viewpoints • New ground – streets you've never walked Every loop shows its distance, time, how much of it is new ground, and its stops. Not feeling it? Shuffle for another. WALK WITHOUT STARING AT YOUR PHONE • Turn cues like "Turn left" before each corner • A different haptic for each direction, so you can feel the next turn in your pocket • An off-route warning if you drift from the line • Keeps following your loop by GPS with the screen locked • Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island • Finishes on its own when you're back at the start A JOURNAL THAT KEEPS YOU GOING • Day streak and best streak • Totals for distance, time on foot and area explored • A fog-of-war map that clears everywhere you've walked • A weekly quest set against your own best week • Every walk saved with its map, plus a share card for your favorites APPLE HEALTH Random Walk works with the Health app. Turn on "Save walks to Health" in Settings and each finished walk is saved to Apple Health as an outdoor walking workout, with its distance and route. Random Walk doesn't read any Health data. ALWAYS ONE TAP AWAY • Streak widget for the Home Screen and Lock Screen • Siri and Shortcuts: say "Find a loop in Random Walk" FREE, NO ACCOUNT, NO ADS Every feature in Random Walk 2.0 is free. There's no account and no subscription. Your journal stays on your iPhone. Your location is used to plan loops with Apple Maps and to follow them while you walk. Head outside and let the loop surprise you.
