DoReset vs Repd

Unlock your full potential. DoReset builds a personalized 90-day life reset plan from a 2-minute quiz, then guides you through it one day at a time with small daily actions and short lessons that break old patterns and rebuild your habits, mindset, and life. HOW IT WORKS 1. Take a 2-minute quiz about your habits, energy, focus, and goals. 2. Get your personal summary and a 90-day Complete Reset built from your answers. 3. Every day, complete 3 small actions and read 1 short lesson. 4. Track your progress and earn milestones as you go. YOUR PLAN, BUILT FROM YOUR ANSWERS No generic advice and no empty checklists. Your plan is adjusted to your starting point: how much time you have, how you sleep, how you focus, what keeps pulling you back. You get exactly what you need, nothing you don't. DAILY ACTIONS AND LESSONS Each day brings specific actions to complete and one lesson to absorb. Hold to complete. Swipe to learn. Actions take minutes, not hours, because consistency beats intensity. Miss a day? You can always catch up. A 90-DAY JOURNEY Days 1-7: your brain starts adapting as you build your first routines. Days 7-21: new patterns take hold and resistance fades. Days 21-66: habits become automatic and progress accelerates. Days 66-90: lasting habits lock in. You keep growing with momentum. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS An Insights screen built around consistency: your completion rate with a 30-day chart, your streak, how your effort splits across Body, Mind, and Spirit, and the days and hours you get the most done. EARN MILESTONES 24 collectible achievements with unique artwork and rarity tiers, from your first action to a 365-day streak. Every milestone is earned, not given. MORE RESETS INCLUDED Once your Complete Reset is underway, switch to or add focused plans whenever you need them: Body, Sleep, Anxiety, Burnout, Gut, Energy, Cortisol, Nervous System, Sugar, Brain, Spirit, Dopamine, Digital, and Focus Resets, from 14 to 30 days each. New plans are added regularly. BUILT ON BEHAVIOR SCIENCE Every action and lesson is grounded in research across psychology, neuroscience, and behavioral science. Results depend on your consistency: start small, build momentum, trust the process. WHY DORESET Most apps give you tools. DoReset gives you a plan.
