Estimate Coach compares explicit task estimates with focus time logged against completed work, then suggests bounded adjustments for upcoming actions in the same category. HOW IT WORKS 1. Complete actions with explicit estimates and linked focus logs. Open Insights → Estimate Coach. 2. Review category evidence drawn from the last 90 days. At least three qualifying completed actions are required for a suggestion. 3. Read a proposed estimate and confirm it individually. The coach leaves planned, completed and unsupported actions alone. 4. Undo an applied suggestion while that action and its planning state remain unchanged. The same evidence cannot repeatedly multiply an estimate. 5. Share the report if you want to discuss your planning assumptions. Reports contain action titles and category context. Keep the existing action, focus-log and day-planning workflows. The coach adds a review step informed by your own recorded work. WHAT TO KNOW Logged focus is not elapsed working time, and missing logs can bias suggestions. Estimates are rounded to five minutes and bounded to 5–480 minutes and half to twice the original estimate.
