Write on a long-haul flight, in a remote location, or anywhere without Wi-Fi. Every keystroke is saved locally in real time. The moment you reconnect, a delta-sync engine quietly pushes your changes to the cloud — no manual saves, no lost work. INDUSTRY-STANDARD FOUNTAIN FORMAT Write in Fountain, the plain-text screenplay format trusted by professional screenwriters. Scene headings auto-complete with INT./EXT. and DAY/NIGHT cues. The element toolbar lets you switch instantly between Action, Character, Dialogue, and Parenthetical — keeping your hands on the keyboard and your mind in the story. AI WRITING ASSISTANT Stuck on a scene? Open the AI panel and describe what you need. ScriptDraft generates script-formatted continuations, rewrites dialogue, and offers character suggestions — all streamed directly into the editor at your cursor. A generous free tier is included with every account. VOICE-TO-SCRIPT Tap the floating recorder to capture a voice memo. ScriptDraft transcribes your dictation and drops the text into your screenplay, ready to format. Record offline, transcribe when connected. BEAT BOARD Plan your story visually before you write. The Beat Board gives you a 2D canvas to arrange and rearrange scenes, chapters, and acts — then open any beat card directly in the editor.
