recipe.sync vs Breadcrumbs

Too many cooks? Perfect. One cook? Also perfect. recipe.sync turns any recipe into a timed, step-by-step game plan — whether you're cooking with a whole crew or flying solo — and now it writes the grocery list too. COOKING SOLO Get a clean, guided walkthrough of any recipe: one step at a time, with a built-in timer on every step and the exact amount of each ingredient shown right when you need it. No scrolling back and forth, no guesswork — just cook. COOKING WITH A CREW Tell recipe.sync how many cooks are helping, and it splits the recipe into a coordinated plan for each person. Everyone gets their own step-by-step list, timed so the work lines up and every dish is ready at the same moment. Hand-off cues tell you when to pass something along or wait for another cook to catch up — no more bumping elbows or serving cold food. Share a join code and each cook follows their own list on their own phone. GROCERY LIST Tap Add to list on any recipe and its ingredients go on after a quick review. Pantry staples like salt and oil start unticked, and when two recipes both call for eggs, you get one line — in the amounts for the servings you picked. The list sorts itself by aisle, works with no signal in the store, and sends as plain text to OurGroceries, AnyList, Reminders, or wherever you already shop.
