Divara tracks your dividend income โ€” not your portfolio's market value. Add what you own once. Divara shows your annualized dividend income and monthly average, when announced payments land, and how safe that payment looks according to what the company itself filed. WHAT YOU GET โ€ข Dividend calendar: every announced ex-dividend and payment date โ€” taken from the company's own filing, never estimated โ€ข Income view: annualized dividend income and its monthly average, plus your yield on cost โ€” worked out from your own purchase price โ€ข Dividend safety card: five checks per stock, taken straight from the company's filings โ€ข Browse without a portfolio: look up upcoming ex-dates and safety scores before you buy anything โ€ข Financial statements: balance sheet, income statement and cash flow โ€” five years side by side for US filers, two for Borsa Istanbul, which is what KAP's annual report carries โ€ข Dividend calculator: see what adding shares would do to your income WHERE THE NUMBERS COME FROM Every figure is read from official filings โ€” SEC EDGAR for US-listed companies, KAP for Borsa Istanbul. Each number carries the document and the date it came from. Nothing is estimated. If a company has not announced a date yet, Divara says so instead of guessing it. THE FIVE SAFETY CHECKS 1. Does cash flow cover the dividend (operating cash flow less capital spending) 2. Does profit cover the dividend (payout ratio) 3. Debt level and current ratio 4. Has the dividend per share been cut in the last five years (needs three years of filings; on Borsa Istanbul KAP gives two, so this check is marked unmeasured there rather than passed) 5. Direction of return on assets and gross margin You see "4 of 5 checks passed" and the name of the one that failed โ€” not a letter grade that hides the reason. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR PHONE No account required. Your holdings live on the device and are never sent to us โ€” there is no server to sign in to. They travel in your iPhone's own backup, which you control in iOS Settings. CSV export is part of Divara Plus โ€” your records are yours to take with you. FREE AND PAID Free is a read-only preview: today's dividend calendar and company search. Nothing is saved and nothing is calculated for you. Divara Plus opens all of it โ€” every announced date, the five safety checks, financial statements, income and yield on cost, the calculator, saved holdings and CSV export. Plus comes weekly, monthly, yearly, or once for life. Eligible first-time subscribers can get a 3-day free trial on the yearly plan; the lifetime plan is a single payment that never renews. One plan, everything in it; there is no higher tier and no upsell inside the app. WHAT DIVARA DOES NOT DO Divara does not show live share prices or market value, and it does not connect to your broker. It covers US-listed stocks, including REITs, and Borsa Istanbul. ETFs and other exchanges are not included. Divara is not investment advice.
