Mingo is the GLP-1 tracker for weight loss, built for injections and pills alike. Log every dose, eat enough protein and fiber, handle side effects and watch your body change, all in one app. WORKS WITH YOUR MEDICATION Weekly injections or daily pills, any dose: Ozempic®, Wegovy® (injection or pill), Mounjaro®, Zepbound®, Saxenda®, Foundayo® (pill), compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide, retatrutide and mazdutide. Not on the list? Add your own. YOUR PLAN FROM DAY ONE Tell Mingo your medication, dose, current weight and goal. You get daily calorie, protein, fiber and water targets, a healthy weight loss pace and an estimated goal date. Have a wedding or a trip coming up? Set it as your target. On a weekly shot, Mingo also suggests the best day to take it, so the medication peaks on the day your cravings are worst. EVERY DOSE, ON TIME • Log a shot or pill in seconds with dose, injection site and notes. • Mingo suggests where to inject next so you rotate sites. • Reminders on dose day, and a chart that estimates how much medication is in your body right now. • Your full dose history, ready when your doctor asks. EVERY MEAL, WITHOUT THE MATH • Snap a photo of your plate, say what you ate or type it. AI fills in calories, protein, carbs, fat and fiber. • Scan a barcode or search the food database. • Save favorite foods and full meals, or create your own. • Hitting your protein and fiber goals helps you keep muscle while the weight comes off and keeps digestion moving. EVERY DAY, BETTER HABITS • Water tracking with reminders, because hydration eases nausea and constipation. • Steps and workouts from Apple Health. • Log side effects like nausea, constipation, fatigue or food noise, and see on a chart how they line up with your medication level and the hours after each dose. SEE YOUR PROGRESS • Weight chart with your real trend, BMI and the pace you're losing at. • Body measurements and body composition, so you see change even when the scale stalls. • Progress photos with a side-by-side comparison and a transformation video. STAY MOTIVATED • Streaks, milestones and achievements for showing up. • A personal recap of your shots, weigh-ins, meals and photos. • Share progress stories, with the option to hide your weight. FOR YOUR DOCTOR AND YOU • Export a PDF report with doses, weight, food and side effects for your next appointment. • Home screen widgets and a home screen you can arrange your way. • kg or lb, cm or in, dark mode, 44 languages, and a backup of your data.
