iLuma vs Endura

iLuma is a productivity and focus app that turns your daily planning and study sessions into an immersive, rewarding experience. Designed to keep you motivated and accountable, iLuma helps you organize your time while building an entire universe through consistent focus. From the moment you open the app, your home page gives you everything you need in one place: a calendar to plan out your days, a to-do list to track what you need to accomplish, a completed list to reflect on your progress, and a sun tracker at the bottom of the screen where each of the seven suns represents a day of the week and lights up as you complete study sessions. iLuma makes focus feel meaningful by turning it into a game. You can choose from 52 different planets, each representing a focus journey. With Flexible Mode, you can leave the app when necessary and continue growing your planet, making it ideal for lighter focus days. With Strict Mode, you must stay inside the app during your study session or your planet will be destroyed, creating a powerful sense of accountability for deep focus moments. As you complete planets, they are added to your own solar system. Complete an entire solar system and you unlock constellations, gradually building a constellation map that visually represents your consistency, discipline, and growth over time. Whether you are studying, planning your week, or building better habits, iLuma turns productivity into something you can see, feel, and build. Stay focused, stay consistent, and watch your universe come to life

Endura is the study app that makes focus feel like something worth fighting for. Set your timer, watch your egg come alive on screen, and stay in the app — because the moment you try to leave, Endura reminds you: your egg won’t survive without you. When time’s up, crack it open. Inside is a rare, real-world endangered animal, released into your personal sanctuary to roam, rest, and grow your collection. Features: ∙ STUDY TIMER — Choose your subject, set a timer, and focus. Our distraction-free timer keeps you motivated with gentle reminders — leave early and your egg might not make it. ∙ HATCH ENDANGERED ANIMALS — Every completed study session hatches a new endangered species — from Amur Leopards to Pangolins. Nickname them, learn about their conservation status, and build your sanctuary. ∙ PERSONALISE YOUR SANCTUARY — spend Eco-Credits on accessories and decorations (yes, your panda can wear a party hat) ∙ PROTECT REAL WILDLIFE — Donate directly to WWF conservation projects from inside the app. 100% of donations go to protecting habitats and endangered species worldwide. ∙ Progress Tracking — weekly, monthly, and subject-by-subject breakdowns with visual charts ∙ Global Leaderboards — compete with friends, classmates, and students worldwide ∙ Animal Study Tips Feed — scroll through unconventional, actually useful, research-backed study tips delivered by your animals ∙ To-Do Lists & Badges — stay organised and get rewarded for every milestone Endura took what makes social media impossible to put down — streaks, leaderboards, collections, social comparison — and redirected it somewhere that actually matters. Built by a 16-year-old IB student who believes her generation can truly change the course for endangered species. Endura is youth-led, free to use, and designed to make every study session count.
