FrogDate is for the moments you're getting ready for a date, waiting for a text, feeling off after talking to someone, or unsettled by someone's behavior. Instead of a long self-help book, FrogDate doesn't ask you to think. It interrupts your thought loops and gently replaces them with positive affirmations. There are different frogs for different icky dating and friendship patterns. Five mini-games and a series of gentle breathwork practices help bring you back into your body and out of worry. And for when you're feeling really lonely? I created Melancholia, to meet you where you are, offer story, and find opportunity in sadness.
