Booklore is a private, offline reading tracker that never asks you to sign up and never sends your library anywhere. Bring an existing library over from a CSV export or Booklore backup, then keep reading on-device. Searching for a book asks Open Library (or Google Books) for that title, and covers download once and are then kept on your device — everything else stays with you. Just you and your books. TRACK YOUR READING • Search millions of books by title, author, or ISBN — or scan a barcode • Shelve books as Want to Read, Reading, Read, Paused, or Did Not Finish • Update your progress page by page as you go • Rate finished books in half-stars, from ½ to 5 • Tag books with mood and pace for easy rediscovery • Add notes and a review for every book • Capture a quote straight off the page with your camera — read on device • Track rereads — count every time you return to a favorite • Keep physical books, e-books, and audiobooks together A READING TIMER THAT KEEPS YOU IN THE BOOK • Start a session with one tap and see your total reading time per book • Ambient sound while you read — rain, ocean, forest, café, fireplace and more, synthesized on your device, so nothing streams and nothing downloads • A Live Activity keeps the session on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island — and stops counting when the session is no longer one, instead of running all night BUILD THE HABIT • A reading calendar that fills in every day you read • Reading streaks and a best-streak record • Set a yearly reading goal and track your pace • A daily reminder that skips the days you have already read — scheduled on your device, no push server, nothing leaves your phone • An optional streak last call, only on evenings when a streak would really end • Start a session hands-free with Siri: "Start reading in Booklore" • Home Screen widget and an Apple Watch app for what you're reading right now YOUR YEAR IN BOOKS • A beautiful, shareable card of your reading year • Books read, pages turned, top genres, and your average rating • Made to share with your bookish friends INSIGHTS • All-time stats: books, pages, reading time, average rating • Your most-read genres and how your year is shaping up • Shuffle a pick from your shelves when you can't choose BRING YOUR WHOLE LIBRARY • Import your existing library from a CSV export or Booklore backup • Export everything anytime — your data is always yours • Optional private backup to your own iCloud — no account with us, ever PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Your library lives on your device — works fully offline • No account, no sign-up — we operate no server and hold no copy of your library • Your reading is never sold and never used to build a profile of you • Network use is limited to book search and one-time cover downloads — and cover downloads can be switched off Custom shelves and tags, advanced stats, beautiful share cards, and themes are all included. Happy reading.
