Whether your coach sends a plan as a PDF, or you write your own program for next month's cycle in Excel or Notes, Repport turns it into a clean, structured workout you can actually follow in the gym. Import (almost) anything Paste a PDF, Excel sheet, photo of handwritten notes, or a wall of chat text. Repport parses it into exercises, sets, reps, and coaching notes in seconds. No retyping your coach's plan by hand. Log fast, log your way Tap through sets, reps, weight, and RPE without digging through menus. Warm up sets and working sets are kept separate so your history stays clean. Repeating a lift? Copy last session's numbers with one tap. Rest timers that work in the gym Start a rest timer per set, adjust it mid-countdown, skip it if you're ahead. It keeps running even if your phone locks, so you're not staring at the screen between sets. Progress you can see mid-set Your PR and estimated 1RM show up right on the exercise you're logging, not buried three taps away. Your data stays yours No account. No cloud login required. Training data stays on your device. When you want it out, export to CSV, JSON, Markdown, or XLSX and open it in Sheets, Notion, Numbers, or anywhere else. Repport is a pass-through, not a lock-in. Leave anytime, take your data with you. Built for real training, not just logging Multi-week progressive plans with per-week coaching notes, EMOM and interval timers, one tap exercise substitutions, and a plan library if you're starting without a coach at all. Repport exists because a training plan, whether it comes from a coach or you build it yourself weeks in advance, never survives contact with the gym floor in its original format. Import once, train fast, keep your data. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy policy: https://getrepport.app/privacy/

CurlBro is a strength-training app for people who already know how to lift. Build a workout. Run the workout. Log every set. That's the app. No account. No subscription. No coach telling you to crush it. Your workouts live on your phone, not on someone's server. HOW IT WORKS Build. Search the exercise catalog, drag exercises into order, group them into supersets, set your reps, weights, and rest. Save it to your library. Lift. Start the workout. Each set is pre-filled from your plan — tap in what you actually did. The rest timer runs in a Live Activity, so you can drop the phone between sets and watch the countdown from the Dynamic Island or Lock Screen. Finish when you're done. Log. Every session is saved with duration, volume, and set-by-set detail. Open last week's workout, see exactly what you lifted, and progressively overload from there. WHAT'S IN IT • Drag-to-reorder workout builder with superset grouping • Built-in workout templates to start from (machine beginner through heavy compound) • Fuzzy exercise search, filtered by muscle group, equipment, and difficulty • Per-set logging for reps, weight, duration, and distance • Rest timer with Live Activity and Dynamic Island support • Time-based exercises with a built-in countdown per set • Full workout history — volume, duration, and every set you logged • Share a workout as plain text. Import one somebody sent you. Round-trips cleanly. • Optional: save completed strength workouts to Apple Health PRIVACY CurlBro is offline-first. No account system. No cloud sync. No tracking pixel. Your workouts, sets, and logs stay on your device. If you want a workout on another phone, you share it as text — same format both directions. WHO IT'S FOR Lifters who already know what a superset is, what rest-pause is, and roughly how they want their training to look. Not a program. Not a coach. A clean tool that gets out of the way.
