Voice journal that actually listens. Reflecsia turns your spoken thoughts into structured insights — without typing, without templates, without effort. Most journaling apps ask you to write. Reflecsia asks you to talk. People speak about 4x faster than they type, and a 5-minute voice entry captures what would take 18 minutes to write down. That is the reason most journals get abandoned in the first week — and the reason Reflecsia does not. SPEAK, DON'T TYPE Open the app, tap once, and start talking. Stream of consciousness, a 30-second check-in, or a 10-minute reflection — whatever fits the moment. Your voice is transcribed automatically using state-of-the-art AI (OpenAI Whisper). The audio is deleted as soon as the transcription completes. AI THAT UNDERSTANDS, NOT JUST TRANSCRIBES Every entry is analyzed for: - Emotions and mood patterns - Topics and recurring themes - Cognitive patterns (CBT-aware analysis) - Action items and follow-ups you mentioned - Reflection prompts personalized to what you actually said SEE YOUR PATTERNS Daily, weekly, and monthly summaries show how your mood shifts, what themes keep coming up, and how your inner world changes. Patterns that are impossible to see in the moment become obvious in retrospect — like a mood tracker that fills itself in just by talking. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - Audio is deleted right after transcription — it never lives in the cloud - Everything else is encrypted at rest - Row-level security: only you can access your own entries - No ads, no tracking SDKs, no third-party advertising - We do not sell your data — ever - Export your full archive as PDF, Markdown, or JSON at any time DESIGNED FOR DAILY USE - One-tap recording with waveform feedback - Calendar view of every entry - Light and dark themes (auto-switching) - Offline support with cloud sync - Optional gentle reminders — never with private content ENGLISH AND RUSSIAN Reflecsia is fully localized in English and Russian. Whisper transcribes 99+ languages, so you can talk in whatever language feels natural — the AI analysis adapts to your input. SIMPLE PRICING Free: 10 entries per month with full AI analysis. Premium: $7.99/month or $59.99/year for unlimited entries. No surprise upsells, no third-tier "pro" plan. WHO IT IS FOR - People who tried text journaling and quit because writing felt like work - Therapy-adjacent users who want structured reflection between sessions - Anyone curious about their own patterns — what their week actually felt like, what they keep thinking about, what is changing A NOTE ABOUT MENTAL WELLNESS Reflecsia is a self-reflection and personal growth tool, not a medical device. Voice journaling helps you notice your own thoughts and emotional patterns — useful for self-awareness, but not a substitute for a licensed mental health professional. If you are dealing with serious concerns, please see one. Tap record. Talk. We handle the rest. — The Reflecsia team — LEGAL — Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ Privacy Policy: https://reflecsia.app/privacy
