Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Plateform at 5.0 against Fitley's 3.4. Plateform also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 67%) and update cadence (daily vs every 3 days). Fitley's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Fitley sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days and Plateform sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Plateform holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Fitley has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 67% of Fitley's written reviews are positive against 100% of Plateform's.
Fitley ships an update every 3 days, Plateform daily. The most recent releases landed on October 3, 2026 and October 19, 2026 respectively.
