Your chosen rules stay with that attempt. THREE WAYS TO START • Hard: two 45-minute workouts, including one outdoors; 128 US fl oz of water; 10 pages of nonfiction; your diet, no alcohol and a daily photo. • Medium: one 45-minute workout; 3 L of water; 10 pages of nonfiction; your diet, no alcohol and a daily photo. • Soft: one 45-minute workout, 3 L of water, 10 pages of any book and healthy eating. Photos are optional. One 20-minute recovery workout is available per seven-day block. Missed days stay in your history while the 75-day calendar continues. Hard and Medium use restart rules for missed requirements. Review the full rules before beginning; Medium and Soft are Pure 75's own variants. MAKE DAILY TRACKING SIMPLE • See today's required tasks in one checklist. • Add water quickly in ounces or milliliters. • Use a workout timer or log a completed session. • Switch books without losing your reading progress. • Keep progress photos and your challenge history on your device. • Start today or prepare for tomorrow. OPTIONAL PREMIUM, ONE-TIME PURCHASE Core daily tracking is free. Premium adds statistics, photo comparison and timeline, PDF export and detailed rule guidance.
