Ratio is a complete workout log, built for building muscle: programs, sessions, progress. The whole training side is free, with no limits and no crippled tier. YOUR PROGRAM, OR NOT • Build your program in a few questions: where you train, equipment, days, muscles. Ratio composes it, balances the volume per muscle group and fills it with your loads. • Or train freely: start a session whenever you want, pick exercises as you go, Ratio remembers everything. • Programs are included, for free: hypertrophy, full body, push pull legs, upper/lower. • Coming from another app? Import your history from Strong, Hevy or Workout Factor: your sessions, loads and records come with you. YOUR SESSIONS • Every kind of session, every format: rep targets, RIR, RPE or free. • Smart progression if you want it: Ratio picks your loads and adjusts your targets during the session. Otherwise, you decide. • Calculated warm-up, adjustable rest, swap an exercise when the machine is taken. • Timer and sets on the lock screen: log a set without reopening the app. • Offline: the session runs without network and syncs afterwards. YOUR PROGRESS • The history of all your sessions and your attendance, week after week. • Your loads and records per exercise, estimated 1RM included. • The volume of every muscle, set by set, to see what your program really trains. AS A BONUS • Strength standards: where you stand for your body weight. • The Ratio assistant, with Premium: it reads your sessions, records and program, and answers your questions. • AI body fat, as an option, the only paid part of Ratio: one front photo, abs braced, and a vision model estimates your body fat percentage, FFMI, lean and fat mass. History and side-by-side comparison of any two dates. Weight syncs from Apple Health when available. MEMBERSHIP Ratio Premium is an auto-renewable subscription, offered as a monthly or a yearly plan, and it starts with a free 1-week trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple Account is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. — Ratio provides estimates for informational and fitness purposes only.
