Stillwell · RAW Camera vs Aeblyz

Stillwell is a camera that hands you the exposures other apps hide behind a button. Long exposures, star fields, star trails, focus stacking, time-lapses and library stacking all run on the device, and what you get is RAW and HEIF — not a filter pasted on top. · Capture — ProRAW, Bayer RAW or HEIF, fully manual exposure. On variable-aperture iPhones, aperture, shutter and ISO can each be set to auto. Video records in Apple Log. · Landscape — long exposure, stars, star trails, focus stacking and time-lapse. Both capture and processing can be cancelled at any point. · Filters — the glass in front of the lens (mist, star and streak filters), film, LUTs, a colour palette and texture, all set before you press the shutter. · Film — five instant films and a 35mm disposable. Photos come out in the film's own format, printed onto the card, in the frame colour you pick. · Editing — what's saved is a recipe, not pixels; the original file is never touched. Exposure, four-channel curves and LUTs. · Library — mean, maximum and star stacking, time-lapse video and star-trail accumulation. · Metadata — write author, copyright, contact and usage terms straight into photos and videos. — About Stillwell Pro — Seven modes, including long exposure, focus stacking, library stacking and time-lapse stacking, each come with 3 free full renders that never expire. Lens filters and the colour palette work live in the viewfinder without Pro; unlocking lets them into your photos. Everything else is free. · Stillwell Pro Annual — auto-renewing yearly subscription · Stillwell Pro Lifetime — a one-time purchase, never renews · Stillwell Pro 30-Day Pass — 30 days, does not auto-renew Prices for your region are shown in the app before you buy. The annual subscription is charged and renewed within 24 hours before the end of each period unless auto-renew is turned off before then. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings after purchase. Aeblyz Studio brings uncompromising, desktop-class focus stacking and advanced macro metrics straight to iPhone, iPad, and Mac under a single Universal Purchase. Built exclusively on native Apple frameworks, Aeblyz directly unleashes the GPU power of modern Apple Silicon to merge focus brackets into single, high-fidelity master images with infinite depth of field and pristine edge-to-edge sharpness. ZERO-COPY WORKFLOW & NATIVE RAW FORMATS Aeblyz reads your asset files directly from their source paths (Files app or Photos library) without copying or duplicating data. It natively ingests high-megapixel formats supported by the underlying Apple platform: HEIF, CR2, NEF, FFF, and more. Computations are dynamically throttled to regulate thermal profiles safely, protecting your hardware and battery health. CORE COMPUTATION ENGINES: Zero-Allocation Tiling: Splits heavy images (up to 100MP+) into chunks, processing them in isolated sub-batch windows to keep memory usage flat. Precision Focus Heatmap: Fuses pixel-level sharp edge winners into a high-contrast spectrum overlay. Heatmap colors match your filmstrip thumbnail borders to identify exact frame source pixels. Decoupled Analytics Telemetry: An independent, orthogonal background pipeline. Toggle it off for rapid silent blending, or on to populate a real-time data ledger tracking Focus Coverage (%), Depth Expansion multiplier (x), and frame-by-frame contributions. All settings, presets, and adjustments are baked straight into exported file metadata. To restore your entire darkroom setup, simply pick that single focus-stacked image to reload parameters automatically. ADVANCED ADJUSTMENTS & TIMELINE SEQUENCING Standard presets work brilliantly out of the box, while comprehensive manual tools allow total macro control: Target Scene Profiles: Toggle between Standard, Low Light, Outdoor, and High Contrast.Exposure Tuning: Refine the stacked image exposure by precise 1/2 or 1/3 EV steps .Pre-Stacking Alignment: Hardware-accelerated Translation, Affine, and Homography registration models with built-in Deghosting to eliminate artifact shifts. Stacking Domain Priorities: Favor Blended Media, Text, Bokeh, or Sharp Graphics. Tactile Sequencing Carousel: Drag-and-drop unique color-coded, #numbered frames to rearrange your stacking order instantly, or untick individual checkboxes to exclude problematic images from the calculation. iPhone & iPad Touch Canvas: Gesture-isolated touch target zones override tablet multi-window cross-talk, ensuring silky-smooth multi-touch pinch magnification, panning, and long-press original reveals. Export masterworks in uncompressed 16-Bit Adobe RGB TIFF or 10-Bit Display P3 HEIF with Adaptive Alpha Conditioning—selectively stripping alpha bytes from opaque photos to slash file decoding sizes by 50% on disk.Transform your focus brackets into macro masterpieces with the raw performance and thermal protection of Aeblyz Studio.
