Every cannabis habit looks different — a joint here, an edible there, a few vape pulls at night, a dab at the weekend. Cleartide turns all of it into one honest number: absorbed THC in milligrams per day. One curve, every form — so you see the whole picture instead of guessing. WHY CLEARTIDE • One number for everything. Flower, vape, dab and edibles are normalized to mg THC — a single shared curve instead of incomparable units. • Logging in under two seconds. One tap per form with a calibratable default; long-press for details (amount, potency, puffs, edible mg, time). Or log by Siri, Spotlight, the Action button or the widget. • Reduce, no pressure. No sobriety clock, no red alarms, no shame, no streak guilt. Dark mode first, quiet colors, a tide that goes out as your use drops. • Private by default. No account, no sign-up, no server of ours. Your logs stay on your device in Apple's on-device database and in your iCloud backup, if you use it. RevenueCat checks your purchases using a random ID; crash reports go to Google only with your permission. SEE YOUR PATTERN The home curve shows today's mg against your goal (day/week/month). Stats go deeper: average per day, weekly trend, breakdown by form, time of day and weekday — you learn when and how you reach for it, and see your longest THC-free streak. ON-DEVICE AI INSIGHT (Apple Intelligence) If your device supports Apple Intelligence, Cleartide writes a short, non-judgmental weekly insight from your own data — one pattern, one gentle nudge. It runs entirely on your device. Your data is sent nowhere. MORE WITH PREMIUM • Automatic tapering — set a start, a goal and a number of weeks; your daily goal drops on its own, week by week. • Tolerance break — a deliberate pause with a day counter and milestones along the way. • Personal calibration — tune absorption %, mg per puff, edible bioavailability and default amounts to your real use. • Deep stats — 90-day trend with moving average, a forecast to your goal, and CSV export of your full history. • Widget — today's mg and a quick log on the Home Screen, Lock Screen and in StandBy. HONESTLY THC absorption varies a lot — between products, forms and people, and differently for inhaled versus oral. Cleartide gives you a consistent, calibratable estimate of absorption — a trend you can trust to move in the right direction. Not a dose, not a lab measurement, not medical advice. Cleartide is a tracker, not therapy.
