Effectors do not produce the same result every time. Their response changes according to the intensity and fluctuation of light. What happens in that moment is captured as a one-time expression. Instead, they emphasize visual stimuli that exist before meaning—form, brightness, fluctuation, and rhythm. 【Exploring composition by rearranging effectors】 Multiple effectors are placed on a board, reordered, and adjusted while shooting. Which effectors are used, and in what order, dramatically changes how light responds. Change the configuration, try again, and shoot once more. This repetition itself becomes the photographic experience. 【Effectors available from the start】 YOKI Camera comes with essential effectors ready to use immediately after installation. These form the foundation for experiencing light as a signal. – EQ (Equalizer) Adjusts brightness and tonal balance, shaping which bands of the signal are emphasized. It forms the base of the overall structure and influences how subsequent effectors respond. – Distortion Distorts the signal of light, breaking contours and tonal gradations to create rough, tense expressions. Its response changes with the intensity of incoming light, making chance especially noticeable. – Reverb Creates afterimages and overlaps of light, adding spatial depth and lingering resonance. It captures not only the subject, but the sense of light remaining in the space. These effectors can be used individually or in combination. Even with this basic setup alone, you can explore manipulating light, changing structure, and observing how it reacts. 【About the Effector Store】 If you wish to expand your expressive range, you can add new effectors through the store. Only what you choose is added—there is no need to purchase anything you do not need.

Lightfield Studio brings your light field camera back to life. Connect over the camera's own Wi-Fi, browse the roll, and bring the full light field across to your iPhone. Then do the one thing only a light field camera can do: change the focus after the photo was taken. FOCUS AFTER THE FACT Tap anywhere in the picture and the focus moves there. Or take the focus slider and sweep through the depth of the scene by hand. A second slider opens and closes the aperture, so you decide how much of the scene stays sharp — the choice a conventional camera makes for you the moment the shutter fires. THE COLOUR THE CAMERA INTENDED Every frame is developed with the camera's own parameters: black level, white balance, colour matrix, sensor layout. Brightness, contrast and saturation are yours to adjust, and everything you set is carried into the exported photo — what you see is what gets saved. COMPATIBLE CAMERAS Works with the Lytro® ILLUM and the first-generation light field camera, down to their different sensor layouts and colour metadata. The remote shutter works on both: fire the camera from your phone. BUILT FOR AN ARCHIVE Downloaded photos and their thumbnails are kept on your device, so the gallery is there the next time you open the app — the camera does not have to be switched on. Photos still on the camera, photos already on the phone, and photos deleted from the camera are each marked as such. NO INTERNET, NO ACCOUNT The app talks only to your camera, directly, over its own Wi-Fi network. Nothing is uploaded, there is no account to create, and there is no tracking of any kind.
