MyDugsi
Read full descriptionHide full description
MyDugsi brings the dugsi's day to the phone. The teacher takes attendance and scores lessons and hifz. Parents see their child's day, report absence and pay with MobilePay. The administrator runs the whole dugsi in the app. REQUIRES A DUGSI ACCOUNT MyDugsi is used by dugsis set up in MyDugsi. You sign in with the phone number and password of the account your dugsi has given you as a teacher, parent, pupil or administrator. The app cannot be used without an account from a dugsi. FOR TEACHERS Attendance • Registrering shows your classes and how many pupils are still to be registered today. • Four large buttons per pupil: present, late, absent, excused. • "Resten er til stede" (the rest are present) marks the pupils you have not registered yet. • A note per pupil, which the parent can see. • Also works without a connection — the register is sent when the signal returns. Lessons and hifz • One lesson at a time (L1, L2 …) with a score from 0 to 4, "not prepared" and a note. • "Giv alle en karakter" (give everyone a score) sets the same score for every pupil who is present and has prepared the lesson. Nothing is saved until you tap Save. • Record surah and ayah, and see where the child left off last time. Pupils • Write notes about a pupil, and give points for homework, extra and behaviour. • See today's expected absences, and mark a parent's absence report as seen. • Take your pupils from "Elever uden klasse" (pupils without a class). FOR PARENTS • Your child's day: attendance, lessons, hifz and notes. • Exam results with the date they were graded. • Report an absence, and see the reports you have sent. • Payment: "Betal med MobilePay" opens the dugsi's MobilePay, with the number next to it. Tap "Jeg har betalt" (I have paid) so the dugsi knows. The payment itself happens in MobilePay. • Edit your profile, and answer the consent to WhatsApp messages. FOR PUPILS • Home screen, schedule and profile. FOR ADMINISTRATORS • Pupils, families, classes, teachers, exams, calendar, registrations, finance, messages and settings. • See what is still to be registered today. LANGUAGES • Danish, English, Swedish, Somali and Arabic (right-to-left). ON IPHONE • Press and hold the app icon for shortcuts: "Tag fremmøde" (take attendance) for teachers and administrators, "Meld fravær" (report an absence) for parents. • The "I dag" (today) home-screen widget shows teachers and administrators how many pupils are still to be registered today. The numbers are from the last time the app was open. SADAQAH JARIYAH MyDugsi is built by Keyton ApS as Sadaqah Jariyah. No licence, no subscription.
