Combat Medic is a set of Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) field tools, with the full TCCC reference behind them. NOT A GOVERNMENT APP. This independent app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Army, the Department of Defense, the Defense Health Agency, or any government entity. OFFICIAL SOURCES, LISTED IN FULL The medical content in this app comes from these public domain U.S. Government sources: • TCCC Guidelines and TCCC course materials from the Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care, on Deployed Medicine, the Defense Health Agency platform: https://www.deployedmedicine.com • Committee on Tactical Combat Casualty Care, Joint Trauma System: https://jts.health.mil/index.cfm/committees/cotccc • Joint Trauma System Clinical Practice Guidelines: https://jts.health.mil/index.cfm/PI_CPGs/cpgs • ATP 4-02.2, Medical Evacuation, for the 9 Line MEDEVAC request: https://armypubs.army.mil/ProductMaps/PubForm/Details.aspx?PUB_ID=1007289 • DD Form 1380, TCCC Card, for the casualty card tool: https://www.esd.whs.mil/Portals/54/Documents/DD/forms/dd/dd1380.pdf • Figures: Tactical Combat Casualty Care Handbook, Version 5 (CALL Handbook 17-13), Center for Army Lessons Learned No other U.S. Government source is used. FOR TRAINING & REFERENCE ONLY. This app is not medical advice and is not for use in patient care. Always follow current published guidelines and your own medical direction and scope of practice. FIELD TOOLS • Tourniquet clock: log the time a tourniquet went on, per limb, per casualty. The clock keeps counting while the app is closed and after a restart, and flags the two intervals CoTCCC puts a clock on: reassess for conversion at 2 hours, and do not exceed 6 hours without surgical evaluation. • Interactive MARCH assessment: work through Massive hemorrhage, Airway, Respiration, Circulation and Hypothermia in priority order. • MARCH drill timer: rehearse the sequence and time yourself, marking each step. • 9-Line MEDEVAC builder: fill in the nine lines and share a request that is ready to transmit. • TCCC Casualty Card: capture DD Form 1380 fields and export a formatted document, or share the MIST handoff as text. • Medication reference for common TCCC medications (reference only, not a dosing calculator). Your entries are saved on the device, so a tab switch or a closed app does not lose them. THE REFERENCE • All three phases of care: Care Under Fire, Tactical Field Care, and Tactical Evacuation Care • The full MARCH-PAWS sequence, including Pain, Antibiotics, Wounds and Splinting • Faithful figures and diagrams from the source material • Full-text search and bookmarks • Works 100% offline, with no account, no ads and no internet connection needed Made for military medics, combat lifesavers, EMS and prehospital providers, and students preparing for TCCC training.

Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Co at none against Combat Medic's 1. Combat Medic's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs every 3 months) and iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
