The Power Pause vs Asbury Circle

The Power Pause Membership offers a space for women to stay connected and supported while navigating a career pause, shift, or pivot for family life. Inside the app, you’ll find… •A searchable member directory to connect with other women by location or industry •A dedicated space to share or discover flexible work opportunities •Forums for questions on topics like freelancing, returning to work, or growing a small business. •Access to office hours with founder Neha Ruch and workshops designed to support ongoing personal and professional development. The community is built on the idea that a career pause is not a life pause, and the app brings together women in the gray area between traditional working and staying at home to learn, reflect, and grow together.
