Taskly — the daily planner that turns your to-do list into a day you actually follow. Plan your day as a timeline of time blocks, tick off tasks inside each block, stay on track with a built-in Pomodoro focus timer, and keep your daily streak alive. Taskly is a day planner, to-do list and focus timer in one calm, beautiful app. YOUR WHOLE DAY AT A GLANCE The Today screen lays out your day as an agenda of time blocks. The current block runs with a live progress bar, a NOW badge and time left; finished blocks fold into neat rows; a week strip lets you jump between days. Swipe any block to edit or delete it. TIME BLOCKS WITH REAL DEPTH Every block carries its own task checklist and notes. Add a task with one tap, check it off as you go, and close the day with a daily note — while Nutkin, your squirrel companion, peeks over the edge. MAKE EVERY BLOCK YOURS Give each block a name, icon, colour and duration, then organize with tags: Work, Study, Exercise, Break, Meal, Commute, Chores, Leisure — or create your own. READY-MADE DAY TEMPLATES Skip the blank page. Browse the template gallery — Deep Focus, Balanced Day, Student, Early Bird and more — and apply a full day plan with one tap. You can also build and save your own day templates with your times and colours. FOCUS TIMER & POMODORO When it's time to work, open the Focus tab: Pomodoro or free timer with a large countdown ring. Start, pause, reset — no separate focus app needed. KEEP YOUR STREAK ALIVE Complete your day to grow your streak and keep the flame going, day after day. Small wins, every single day. SET UP IN 30 SECONDS Tell Taskly when you wake up, sleep and work — office hours, shift work, student life or flexible — and start with a day built around your real schedule. REMINDERS THAT RESPECT YOU A gentle nudge when a block begins and when today's plan is ready. No spam, no guilt trips. SYNC & OFFLINE Sign in with Apple or Google: your plans and streaks sync across devices, and your day stays available even without a connection.
