Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: The Peptide App at none against PepKit's 2. The Peptide App also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs every 6 weeks) and iOS requirement (16.0 vs 26.0). PepKit's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 4.6). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. PepKit sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per 7 days. The Peptide App asks for nothing beyond the download.
PepKit holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 117 and 162 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 90% of The Peptide App's written reviews are positive against 88% of PepKit's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
The Peptide App ships an update every 5 days, PepKit every 6 weeks. Both last shipped on October 31, 2026.
