It's a tool, and tools work best when they stay out of the way. OPUS Loop doesn't teach you how to meditate, but does include a list of free online resources that you can learn from. **Your library, your way** Import guided meditations, mantras, or music from your files or iCloud Drive. Use Apple Music tracks or playlists or use the built-in procedurally generated soundscapes: binaural beats (2Hz, 4Hz, 10Hz, 20Hz), white noise, pink noise, brown noise, dark noise. Or just sit in silence. **Bells and timing** Customizable start, end, and interval bells. **Built for your ecosystem** - Apple Health: Toggle tracking mindful minutes on or off - Apple Watch: start, pause, and track sessions from your wrist - Mind & Body mode: Track your Heart Rate during meditation or any other mindful activity you do, like ecstatic dance or yoga. - Live Activities: session progress on your Lock Screen - iCloud: your library and settings sync across devices.
