People rent a flat after five photos and a 15-minute viewing. Vimmo gives you the numbers first — the ones professionals see — so you know what you're signing. Check an address before you say yes Type an address and see, in seconds: • Neighbourhood score: safety & quiet, transit, student life, daily essentials, green space — based on real data, not a gut feeling. • Rent in context: is the price fair? Does the local rent cap apply? • Building age, noise and surroundings: supermarkets, transit, unis and cafés nearby. Scan your lease Snap a photo of the contract and get the analysis back: flagged clauses, an estimated total cost, and a clear check on whether the rent is even allowed. No law degree required. Why we built this Renters start at an information disadvantage: the landlord knows the place, you don't. Vimmo levels that — with the same data buyers already use, free, before you sign.
