■ Over 600 Skills, Endless Tactical Possibilities There are over 600 skills to learn. Freely link skills together to create combos, build powerful synergies, and adapt to different situations. With so many possible combinations, there are countless ways to approach each battle. Build your own ultimate strategy and take on powerful enemies. ■ Weapons × Will × Items — Deep Character Progression In addition to increasing your base stats by leveling up, you can equip Weapons, Will, and Items, each of which can be enhanced at dedicated facilities. Combining equipment and skills can create powerful synergies, adding even more strategic depth to character progression. ■ Bases × Facilities × NPCs At the bases you discover throughout the world, you can make use of various facilities and interact with the NPCs who live there. Complete their requests and earn their trust, and some may even join you on your journey. ■ Random Encounters and Companions While exploring the field, you may unexpectedly encounter various NPCs. You can talk with them, trade with them, or sometimes even choose to fight them. Non-hostile enemies can also be hired as Companions in exchange for currency, allowing you to use their unique skills in battle. ■ Free Exploration and Dungeon Crawling Explore the world freely without being restricted by the progression of the story. Overcome the challenges of dungeons found throughout the world to obtain valuable items and unlock new maps. In special dungeons known as “Temples,” defeating the boss waiting at the deepest level rewards you with special items that unlock new features. ■ A Story Shaped by Choice and “Death” The story branches based on your choices and the outcome of battles. In battles where lives are at stake, you may choose to finish off a defeated opponent after claiming victory—and if you lose, your character may die. Every decision you make can have a major impact on how the story unfolds. ■ The Road to the Tower One goal always stands before you—the “Infinite Tower.” By conquering challenging content such as the Elite Arena, Otherworld, and Underworld, you can obtain special items that will give you an advantage as you take on the Tower.
