Running a club or a team means keeping track of a lot: members coming and going, who on the committee does what, weekly practices, monthly dues and court fees, and announcements buried in group chats. SBALT is a home base for clubs and teams, and 2.0 brings all of that into one place. Club pages Every club gets its own page with a cover photo, announcements, posts and an event timeline, and invite links open it directly. Members can carry titles, so everyone knows who handles equipment and who keeps the books. Members, sub-groups and chat Joining can be open or approval-based, with the owner and committee reviewing requests. Bigger clubs can split into sub-groups for squads or levels. The club and each sub-group have their own chat room, with push notifications and unread badges. Practices and attendance Regular practices and events live inside the club, where members sign up, join the waitlist and cancel. When the organizer raises the cap, the waitlist moves up in order automatically. Record payments while taking attendance, and attendance builds into a lasting record. Clubs with season passes can manage pass holders here too. Club ledger Marking a registration as paid records it automatically, and you add expenses like court fees and balls yourself. Open it to see who still owes, who is holding the money and how this month's income and spending look. Mistakes are corrected with a new entry instead of being quietly edited away. The owner and designated bookkeepers see the whole ledger; members see only their own page. The ledger is free and only keeps records: SBALT never collects or handles money. Club insights The owner and committee get an insights page: six key numbers plus trends in attendance, cancellations, membership and payments, and a list of new members who haven't come back yet. Feed Your home screen is now a feed with your next event, payments due, and news from your teams and clubs. Members can post text and photos, like, comment and share. Sports records Basketball, volleyball, badminton, pickleball and padel support live scoring and post-game stats. This version adds tennis, table tennis, soccer, cycling, swimming, hiking and more, distance sports can be recorded, and Apple Watch routes can be imported from Apple Health (read-only; nothing is written back). Day-to-day club operations are free: members and roles, sub-groups, events, sign-ups, attendance, scores, chat and announcements. The app is currently available in Traditional Chinese.
