TirzeFlow
Read full descriptionHide full description
TirzeFlow is a diary for tirzepatide treatment and weight loss. It records what you have already done — the weekly shot, your weigh-ins, measurements, side effects, meals and workouts — and shows what those numbers say as the weeks go by. THE APP DOES NOT PRESCRIBE Every dose logged here is the one your prescriber ordered. TirzeFlow does not suggest a titration step, does not work out a dosage and never tells you it is time to go up. It reads your trend; your doctor decides what to do about it. THIS WEEK'S SHOT One shot a week, rotating sites: right and left abdomen, right and left thigh. The app shows which site comes next. If you try to log two shots in the same week, it offers to correct the one already there instead of simply refusing. WEIGHING IN WITHOUT THE KEYBOARD Weighing in means tapping − or + and saving. The chart, the weekly average, your BMI and how far along you are all update themselves. The trend runs on the weekly series, not the raw list of weigh-ins, so stepping on the scale every day does not skew the average. MEASUREMENTS AND SYMPTOMS Waist, hips, arm, chest and thigh — one at a time, the way a tape measure actually works. Side effects are logged with a date, a type and an intensity on a five-step scale, so you can see how they behave at each dose increase. FOOD Your calorie target comes from your profile through the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, with the activity factor and the deficit you choose. Alongside it come your protein target, a macro split and a sample menu that hits the day's target. The target never drops below 1,200 kcal. MAINTENANCE — THE PART MOST APPS FORGET Treatment ends and keeping track does not. You set your exit weight and a range around it; the app counts how many weeks you have stayed inside, draws the range on the chart, and tells you when the trend turns — while correcting it is still easy. THREE LANGUAGES Portuguese, English and Spanish, from sign-up to the last screen. Numbers and dates follow the language you pick. YOUR DATA No ads and no data selling. You can export everything you have logged to a file at any time, and delete your account from inside the app — and deleting really deletes, all the way down. It is not deactivation. TirzeFlow is not a medical device, does not diagnose and does not replace professional care. Talk to your prescriber before changing anything about your treatment.

Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: TirzeFlow at none against GlpFlow's 1. TirzeFlow also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 weeks). GlpFlow's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.4). On price and ads there is nothing between them.
