MusoDrill vs Makes Progress

1. Overview This app is a professional musicality enhancement tool tailored for instrumental learners. It is designed to optimize the efficiency of daily practice by combining audio comparison, history tracking, and segmented practice functions, helping users sharpen their listening skills and improve playing proficiency during the ear-training process of instrument practice. 2. Core Functions 2.1 Original Audio Import & Comparison Practice Users can freely import original audio tracks of musical pieces (supports mainstream audio formats). The app provides cyclic playback and side-by-side listening features: users can play the original track and their own practice recording alternately, or overlay them for comparison, so as to accurately identify differences in intonation, rhythm, phrasing, and dynamics. Repeated listening and practice with reference to the original audio helps consolidate auditory memory, laying a solid foundation for improving musicality. 2.2 Local Permanent Storage of Practice History All practice records (including practice time, recorded audio, comparison notes, etc.) are stored locally on the device permanently. No cloud storage or network connection is required; users can review past practice content at any time to track their learning progress and identify areas for improvement. Data security is fully guaranteed, without the risk of accidental loss caused by account synchronization failures. 2.3 Measure-by-Measure Segmented Practice Tool As a key feature for targeted practice, the app supports splitting musical pieces into individual sections according to measures. Users can select difficult or unfamiliar segments for focused, repeated practice, instead of practicing the entire piece repeatedly, which greatly improves the efficiency of overcoming technical difficulties. This function is especially suitable for practicing complex passages, helping users break down learning tasks into small, manageable parts. 3. Applicable Crowd Beginners of various instruments (violin, piano, guitar, etc.) who need to strengthen ear training. Intermediate and advanced learners who want to refine their playing details and improve musical expression. Music teachers who need to guide students to conduct targeted practice through audio comparison. ------------------------------------------------------------- 【Auto-Renewal Subscription Instructions for Full Access】 1. Metronome: Set your tempo, time signature and subdivision. Sheets and Web: Both the Sheet music viewer and Web viewer store your pan and zoom customizations in how you want to see their content so that you don't have to keep redoing them in every practice. The for PDF files you can also set the page you want to start at when you practice. Music: You can use songs you've purchased in Music, an Apple Music subscription or import music files to play along with. Once you've added a song you can set the Start and End points so you can play along to the whole thing or just focus on the part you're working on. You can also adjust the playback speed of the song for purchased and imported songs (not supported for Apple Music songs).
