Visualize My Birth® is changing the way women experience pregnancy and prepare for birth. Inside the FREE app, follow your pregnancy week by week with videos from Dr. Kimberly exploring your baby’s development, the incredible changes unfolding in your body, and what to know as you move closer to meeting your baby. But Visualize My Birth® was born from something deeper. A mom of four, Kimberly’s first birth ended in an emergency C-section. Years later, the beginnings of what would become Visualize My Birth® came to her through a series of vivid dreams. She went on to have three unmedicated births at home—two lasting just two hours—as she continued developing and deepening the mental rehearsal practice through each birth. Elite athletes and performers have long used mental rehearsal to prepare for important moments before they happen. Kimberly began asking: Why aren’t we preparing our minds for birth in the same intentional way? Visualize My Birth® is a Guided Mental Rehearsal™ method that takes you beyond simply visualizing the birth you want. You create a detailed vision of your birth experience—your environment, sensations, movement, breathing, thoughts, emotions, responses, and even the unexpected—then turn that vision into a personalized script, record it in your own voice, and rehearse it again and again until it becomes familiar. You’re not simply hoping you’ll remember what you learned when birth begins. You’ve practiced the thoughts, movements, breath, responses, and rhythms you want to return to. You’ve rehearsed the experience before you ever step into it. Inside the FREE app: • Week-by-week videos with Kimberly • Your baby’s development + your changing body • Pregnancy education throughout every trimester Go deeper with the complete Visualize My Birth® program: • Guided Mental Rehearsal™ • Create your personalized Birth Vision™ • Build your Vision Script™ • Record and rehearse in your own voice with Voice Rehearsal™ • Develop your Anchor Statements™ • Rehearse until it becomes familiar • Prepare for the expected—and practice how you’ll respond when birth takes an unexpected turn • Pregnancy, birth + postpartum education You can’t control every moment of birth. But you can prepare your mind for how you want to meet it. Train intentionally. Surrender instinctively.™
