The MAP Frame
Read full descriptionHide full description
The MAP Frame is not a coaching app. It is an operative tool for nervous system architecture. Instead of endless content, MAP Frame gives you one clear reference point per day. Each screen is a silent calibration point: a sentence that anchors how you move through your day. Five moods. One structure. β Stillness β Alignment β Structure β Tension β Emergence This is the MAP system condensed into five windows. You don't collect streaks. You don't scroll. You read your state, choose a mood, and receive one quote for that mood, for that day. NEW: Active Layer β four structural tools β Structural Check-In: Rate your raw state across three dimensions β capacity, load, clarity. No text. No journaling. Just honest numbers. β Tension Mapping: Identify where pressure is coming from. The app responds with the matching MAP principle and a reflection question. Not advice. Structure. β Post-Frame Rating: After engaging with the mood frames, measure the shift. Same three dimensions. The delta between raw and post is your architecture becoming visible. β Silent Timeline: Everything you record builds a quiet map over time. No graphs chasing dopamine. Just structure β showing you where the resistance stops. β 12 exercises, one per signal. Each runs for 10 days. What MAP Frame does β Creates daily reference points instead of endless input β Limits you to one quote per mood per day (anti-scroll, anti-dopamine) β Helps you see where you are: stillness, alignment, structure, tension, or emergence β Measures structural shifts without gamification β Turns your phone into a structural frame, not a distraction device What MAP Frame deliberately does not do β No feed, no likes, no badges β No journaling templates, no productivity checklists β No "just think positive" coaching language β No progress bars, no streaks, no rewards 12 exercises, one per signal. Each runs for 10 days. Each has two components: a daily set (read, hold, release) and a breathing exercise (1β3 minutes, with timer). Daily check-off. Everything flows into the Silent Timeline. You don't step forward into more performance. You step into structure β one frame at a time.

Just one a day. Kanso - Minimal places today's photo on a sheet of washi paper, lets you add a word, and then lets it go. It is not made for collecting photos. It is made for letting them go. - A DAY, IN FOUR STEPS 1. Take or choose Shoot right there, or pick a single photo from your library. 2. Compose Choose the shape (square, circle, rectangle), the paper, and the tone. Few choices, so there is little to hesitate over. 3. Write Add one line. With the keyboard, or by hand with your finger. Three pens - fountain, brush, pencil - and five inks. Write slowly and the line thickens; sweep quickly and it breaks into dry-brush marks. 4. Let go The card drifts away on the wind, and only empty space remains. - YOU DECIDE WHAT STAYS Before letting go, you can save the card as an image or share it. Do nothing, and nothing remains. - THE HOLDING PLACE Not sure yet? Set a card aside for later. Sort into Discard, Give, Sell, or Undecided, and decide another day. - iPAD AND APPLE PENCIL On iPad, a canvas lets you draw directly on the paper. Line width follows pressure, and quick strokes break into dry-brush marks. Once Apple Pencil is in use, finger touches are ignored, so you can rest your hand. Turn the device sideways and the card becomes a picture diary - photo on the left, words on the right. - KOYOMI - A ONE-TIME PURCHASE For the days you do want to keep. After you unlock it, every card you let go stays quietly in a calendar on your device. You can also choose a past date and fill in that day after the fact. It also lets you hide the date in the lower-right corner of a card, and adds four watercolor washi papers: Blossom, Mist, Leaf, and Wisteria. One payment, not monthly or yearly. Cards you let go before purchasing are not restored. - EVERYTHING STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE Your photos and your words are never sent anywhere. No account to create, and no analytics of any kind. Your original photos in the library are never modified. Japanese / English iPhone and iPad
