Understand your tummy pain - private, offline, built with clinical input When your stomach hurts, you deserve clear language and a calm place to think - without signing in, without sending your story to the cloud. Abdominal Pain Checker is an educational, on-device guide for tummy and abdominal pain. It was developed with input from a clinician so the flow feels closer to how real visits start: what hurts, what changed, and what else is going on in plain English, not jargon. Works with or without internet. Use it on the bus, abroad, or whenever you’re offline. Your answers and logs stay on your phone unless you choose to share or export. Not a diagnostic tool and not medical advice. It helps you organise symptoms and spot patterns so you can prepare for better conversations with a doctor, nurse, or pharmacist - never to replace them. For emergencies, call your local emergency services. WHAT MAKES IT DIFFERENT Clinically informed design - structured like a sensible first conversation, not random web articles. True offline-first core - questionnaire, results, tracking, and saves work without relying on servers for your health story. Privacy by default - no account required for the main experience; no cloud storage of your assessments in the core design. Lifetime optional upgrade (Plus) - pay once, keep it: turn your notes into a clear “Pain Story” and keep a simple “What helped?” log (details below). KEY FEATURES (FREE CORE) • Simple questionnaire - easy questions about your tummy pain. • Personalised educational summaries - based on your answers (still not a diagnosis). • Symptom tracking - log pain, notes, and changes over time. • Charts & timelines - see patterns without guesswork. • Gut health tips - everyday educational diet and lifestyle ideas. • Extra educational detail - optional clinician-style context (informational only). • Save outcomes - keep summaries to compare or discuss later. • Optional reminders and easy logging - stay consistent if you want. ABDOMINAL PAIN CHECKER PLUS - ONE-TIME LIFETIME UNLOCK Optional upgrade. Pay once - no subscription. Plus helps you turn scattered details into one readable report on your device and keep a structured “What helped?” diary (foods, meds, rest, things you tried). • Pain Story - brings together questionnaire snapshots, your symptom log, and saved summaries so you’re not rebuilding everything from memory during a flare or before an appointment. • “What helped?” - short, structured notes so repeat pain doesn’t erase what you already tried. • Share or PDF only after you agree - useful for your clinician, pharmacist, allied health, or a trusted carer — still organisation and education, not treatment or diagnosis. Core questionnaire and main app experience stay usable without buying Plus. PRIVACY Designed so your assessment and tracking data stay on your device in the ordinary use of the app. No accounts for core use. Share or export happens only when you choose. WHO IT’S FOR • Anyone who wants to describe pain more clearly before a visit. • People tracking when pain rises or eases over weeks. • Anyone who wants offline, private health notes without platform lock-in. IMPORTANT / DISCLAIMER This app is for education and self-organisation only. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, and does not tell you what treatment to use. Always see a qualified professional for diagnosis and care. Emergency: contact local emergency services. Download Abdominal Pain Checker - plain language, offline-friendly, privacy-minded, and shaped with clinical realism so you can face your next conversation with less stress and better notes.
Talk Node

TalkNode is a communication board for people who cannot speak — after a stroke, with aphasia, dementia or ALS, for autistic children, or for a few days in hospital. Tap a picture card and the phone says the sentence out loud. TalkNode speaks 10 languages: English, Turkish, German, Spanish, French, Arabic, Russian, Portuguese, Italian and Dutch. The buttons, the ready-made cards and the voice all change together. READY FROM THE FIRST MINUTE • A short setup plays the voice first, so you know the phone can talk before anything else. • Three starting boards: an adult cared for at home, a child, or a hospital stay. • Cards for water, food, toilet, pain, medicine, feelings, yes / no and more. MADE TO BE USED EVERY DAY • Big, colourful cards with clear pictures. • "Might need next" suggests the cards you usually tap after this one. • Type to speak, for anything that is not on a card. • Listener mode shows the message in huge letters and flips it to face the person you are talking to. • Choose a female or male voice and the speaking speed. The two voices sound clearly different, even when the phone has only one voice for the language. FOR CAREGIVERS • Make your own cards with your own words, a symbol or a photo. • Reorder, edit or remove cards; your cards are never overwritten. • A caregiver area protected by a 4-digit PIN, so nothing changes by accident. • Medicine reminders. SOS One tap opens your messaging app with a ready-written emergency message to your emergency contacts, including a map link if you allow location. TalkNode never sends anything by itself. PRIVATE BY DESIGN TalkNode has no account, needs no internet connection and sends no data off your device. Cards, photos and usage stay on your phone.
