About

Vaultifie

Features

Vaultifie is one library for everything you watch, read and play. Movies, series, games and books usually live in four different apps - or in no app at all. Vaultifie keeps them together: one profile, one diary, one place to see what you have finished and what is still waiting for you. TRACK WHAT YOU FINISH Log a movie the moment the credits roll. Mark episodes as you watch them. Rate anything from half a star to five, write as much or as little as you like, and keep a diary that builds a real record of your taste over time. BUILD LISTS WORTH KEEPING Make lists for anything - a director's filmography, a backlog you intend to actually finish, the games you gave up on. Rank them, make them public or keep them private, and let other people find the good ones. SEE WHAT YOUR FRIENDS ARE INTO Follow the people whose taste you trust and watch what they finish and rate. The best recommendation has always been a friend saying "you have to see this", and that works better than any algorithm. PLAY TOGETHER Vaultifie has a set of multiplayer minigames built on the same catalogue you track: guess the title from a blurred poster, name the movie from a still, go head to head on trivia, or play a media version of noughts and crosses. Play alone, or in a lobby with friends. EVERYTHING IN ONE PROFILE Your favourites, your recent activity, your ratings and your stats, across all four kinds of media, on a single profile that actually looks like you. VAULTIFIE PREMIUM An optional membership adds a full statistics breakdown of everything you track, the ability to swap posters and artwork, extra themes, pinned lists and reviews on your profile, a custom profile banner, an animated avatar and unlimited minigame hosting. Movie and series data is provided by The Movie Database (TMDB), game data by IGDB, and book data by Open Library. Streaming availability is provided by JustWatch. This application uses TMDB and the TMDB APIs but is not endorsed, certified, or otherwise approved by TMDB. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Verdict

The call

PatchPulse and Vaultifie are too close to call on the numbers: across 5 compared parameters — price, ads, in-app purchases and device support among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.

CostPrice · In-app purchases · Ads · Monetization

Both are free to download. PatchPulse sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Vaultifie sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
