Most intermittent fasting apps lock you into the same eating window every day. I Fast Different takes a different approach: it alternates a shorter fast and a longer fast on a repeating cycle — a style many people find easier to sustain than a fixed 16:8 or 18:6 schedule. Set your two durations once. The app alternates them automatically, keeps your schedule on track, and keeps a clear countdown front and center. FEATURES • Alternating cycle — define a shorter and a longer fast; the app alternates them and shows what's coming up next. • Live progress ring — a clean countdown to your target that keeps counting in overtime when you go past your goal. • Flexible start — fast by duration, or to a target end date and time. • Full control mid-fast — complete, cancel, adjust the length, edit the start time, or reset at any point. • Log and calendar — review every session in a list or month calendar, with completion percentage and notes; fix a past session's times if you forget to stop. • Statistics and streaks — monthly completion rate, total time fasted, average fast length, and your current and best day streak. • Reminders — optional chimes at the halfway point, every 25%, a set time before the end, or at completion. • Auto-schedule — optionally start and stop fasts automatically on the right days. • Apple Watch app and complication — start, stop, and adjust from your wrist, with a glanceable ring on your watch face. • Backup and restore — move all your data between devices with a simple export and import. • Private by design — your data stays on your device. No account, no sign-in, no tracking. I Fast Different is a tracking tool, not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before changing your eating patterns, especially if you have a medical condition.
