"Our app turns your iPhone into a convenient multi-camera recording studio. You can simultaneously use two of your device's cameras—for example, the front and rear—to capture video from different angles at the same time. The app makes it easy to record interviews, reactions, vlogs, conversations, or any other content where it's important to show two perspectives. You can view the feed from both cameras on the screen while recording, choose a convenient angle, and control the framing. The app supports several recording modes. You can use picture-in-picture (PiP) mode, where one video is displayed over the other and can be moved around the screen. Split-screen mode is also available, displaying video from both cameras simultaneously in a 50/50 format and saving it as a single clip. During recording, you can control focus and exposure for each camera to achieve a clear and balanced image. This allows you to quickly adjust your settings and achieve higher-quality results. You can record video as a single combined file or save recordings from each camera separately. This is convenient for further editing and creating various video content. Video is recorded in high quality with support for popular frame rates, allowing you to use the footage for a variety of projects, from personal videos to social media content. Please note: The ability to simultaneously record from multiple cameras depends on the technical capabilities of the device. Record once, post everywhere. One take saves up to 5 videos: the combined picture, a clean file from each camera, and 9:16, 16:9 and 1:1 versions for TikTok, Reels, Shorts and YouTube. Captions appear as you speak, Director cuts to whoever is talking, and Clips picks your best moments. Works on every iPhone from the 11. WHY CREATORS CHOOSE DUAL RECORDER • Both cameras, your way: one combined video, a clean video from each camera, or all three, from a single take. • Move, resize and reshape the picture-in-picture window while you record; every change lands in the file. • Captions written live on the phone while you talk, saved with the take, ready to burn in or share as SRT. • Read your script from the built-in teleprompter while the camera runs. DIRECTOR • The camera whose person is talking fills the frame, the other sits in the window, a split when both talk: cut live while you record, with the clean files kept for a re-cut. A two-person podcast that edits itself. • Clips: the editor finds the best 20 to 40 seconds of a take by sound, or by motion when nobody speaks, and saves them as 9:16 clips, captioned, ready to post. REACT AND DUET • Play any video from your library or a link in the frame and react in the window or the cut-out. • Duet: the clip on one side, you on the other, its sound ducked under your voice in the file. ONE TAKE, UP TO THREE VIDEOS • COMBINED: one video with the second camera in its window, as on screen. • SEPARATE: a clean video from each camera, no window, ready for your editing app, frame-aligned. • BOTH: the combined video plus the two clean videos. FOUR CAPTURE MODES • ME + VIEW: film yourself and what you see, together. • TWO ANGLES: wide and ultra-wide from the back camera, at once. • SINGLE: a fast one-camera recorder with the same controls. • REACT: a video fills the frame while you react, in the window or side by side. LAYOUTS AND CONTROLS • Window, over-under, side-by-side, diagonal or cut-out (green screen or none), chosen while you shoot. • Window shapes and video shapes 9:16, 16:9, 1:1 or 4:3. • 720p, 1080p and up to 4K (60 fps in Single mode), MP4 or MOV, torch, timer, grid, tap to focus, pinch to zoom. • Pause and resume a take, take a photo mid-take, manual exposure, nine looks previewed live. LIBRARY AND EDITOR • Trim, crop to any shape, rearrange a take into any layout from its clean files. • Captions: transcribe on the phone, correct any line, burn in or share as SRT. • Post to TikTok, Instagram Reels and Stories, YouTube Shorts or YouTube in the shape each wants. • Export to Photos: free in HD with a small Dual Recorder watermark, or full size with no watermark in PRO. PRIVACY FIRST Your videos, photos and captions are processed on your iPhone and never leave it unless you save or share them. No account, no ads. DUAL RECORDER PRO Recording, every layout, pause and resume, photos, the teleprompter, live captions, Duet, Clips, the editor and one saved setup are free, and so is exporting in HD with a small watermark. PRO exports at full size with no watermark or with your handle or logo, records with Director, writes 9:16, 16:9 and 1:1 versions from one take, mixes a song under your voice, writes a teleprompter script with Apple Intelligence, and keeps unlimited setups.
