Practice Caddie is an AI-powered practice companion for everyday golfers who want to stop aimlessly beating balls and start practicing with purpose. Whether you are grinding at the driving range between professional lessons or working to lower your golf handicap, this golf training plan app turns random range sessions into structured improvement. It learns from your sessions, tendencies, and goals -- then turns that into focused 30-60 minute practice plans you can actually follow. Custom Golf Training Plans in Seconds Tell Practice Caddie how much time you have (30-60 minutes) and what you want to work on (driver slice, short irons, wedge distance control, and more). Get a structured session broken into clear blocks: warm-up, target games, dispersion golf drills, start-line checks, and finishers. Track Launch Monitor Data & Session Stats After practice, log a quick rating + notes to keep your golf journal up to date. You can optionally add photos of your launch monitor or GolfTec screens, and receive a concise session summary plus what to do next. Curated Golf Drills Library Browse a curated library of golf drills tagged by club, focus area, environment, and difficulty. When visual explanation helps, Practice Caddie can link out to relevant YouTube lessons and provide short AI summaries and key teaching points so you can quickly revisit the core idea. AI Golf Rules Assistant Golf rules are situational. Snap a picture, add a short description, and ask your question -- Practice Caddie responds in clear, plain language and can also provide quick primers on common topics like cart path relief, lost balls, and ready golf. (For tournament play, always follow the official rules and any local rules in effect). Practice Caddie guides what you do next -- so your improvement is built on real history, not random tips. Stop guessing at the range and start your structured golf training plan today. THE PROBLEM You practice and feel good, but you get to the course and the progress doesn't show up. Hitting the same shot over and over builds confidence in the moment, but it doesn’t prepare you for the course where every shot is different. THE SOLUTION Better Golf Practice structures your sessions into block and random practice based on motor learning research. Block practice means repeating the same shot. It works well for warming up or reinforcing desired feelings. But skills learned exclusively this way don't transfer well. Random practice means varying the target each time. It feels harder, and your performance during practice appears worse, but it forces your brain to solve a new problem with each shot—exactly what the course demands. The research calls this the "contextual interference effect": variability during practice leads to better retention and performance. The app combines both. Block practice to calibrate, random practice to train and test yourself. HOW IT WORKS 1. Pick a module: full swing, wedges, putting, or green reading. 2. Select the time you have available. 3. Receive a guided practice routine with a handicap appropriate split between block and random practice. During random practice, you'll record your final set of shots (the "test" phase). The app measures execution errors (mishits) separately from decision errors (wrong club, misread break or speed), so you know what to work on. Track your patterns over time in the stats section to see the improvement. Four (4) free sessions per month. Unlimited with a subscription.
