The beat flash and haptics land with the sound SPEED AND TIMING - Speed Trainer raises the tempo by your chosen step every few bars - Gap Practice mutes bars so you can hear whether you held the time - One- or two-bar count-in - Practice Plan sets a daily goal in minutes, with an optional reminder RHYTHM - Odd meters like 7/8, 5/4 and 12/8 - Subdivisions from quarters to 32nds, including triplets and sextuplets - Swing from straight to shuffle - Polyrhythm: 3:2, 4:3, 5:4 and more. Hear each side alone or both together - Chain polyrhythms into a looping sequence, for example 3:2, then 4:3, then 5:4 DRONE - Hold a drone on any root note, chord and octave for scales, intonation and long tones PLAYING WITH OTHERS - Play together: phones on the same Wi-Fi share tempo, meter and start/stop once you tap Join on one and Accept on the other - Practice Circle shares one tempo, meter and count-in with other phones over the internet, using an invite code - Ableton Link keeps tempo and start/stop in sync with Live, Note and other Link apps - Home Screen widget, Lock Screen and Dynamic Island controls, Siri and Shortcuts Optional Pro adds the full groove library, long-term history, unlimited saved setups, bigger custom kits and more groove and sound controls. The core metronome and daily practice loop stay free, with practice history for your recent sessions. Pro is a monthly or annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your practice settings and history stay on your phone. Practice Circle stores your display name and a participant ID on your phone. The Circle service handles timing, presence and chat only while a live session is running.
