AirFlow Master

A few minutes of breathing. A completely different day. AirFlow Master guides you through breathing exercises that quiet your head, help you fall asleep and bring your focus back. No theory, no course, no sign-up needed — you sit down and breathe. GUIDED SESSIONS FOR EVERY MOMENT Say what you need and we pick the technique and the pace: release stress, better sleep, relax, anxiety, before exercise or coherent breathing. Every category comes with four difficulty levels, and before you start you see the exact rhythm — how many seconds of inhale, hold and exhale. You choose how long the session runs. YOU BREATHE, YOU DON'T COUNT An animated breathing curve, a calm voice and gentle vibrations carry the rhythm. There is nothing to keep track of — just watch and breathe. A CALM BACKDROP THAT DOESN'T DISTRACT Four living scenes to choose from — aurora, ocean, mountains and desert — each with its own seamless nature loop: waves, wind, night crickets or a cosmic ambient. It all works offline, because the sounds and the artwork ship with the app. THE CONTROL PAUSE TEST A simple breath-hold test from the Buteyko method: it measures how long you can comfortably hold your breath after a normal exhale. The result saves itself, lands in a history with a trend chart and a description of your zone. After a few weeks you simply see whether your breathing has settled. PROGRESS THAT KEEPS THE HABIT A streak of consecutive days, a session history and a summary after every exercise. The longer the streak gets, the less you want to break it. YOUR DATA Sessions work with no account and no internet. An account (Apple or Google) is there for when you want your history synced across devices. You can delete the account together with all of its history from inside the app, at any time. • No ads • Works offline • Polish and English AirFlow Master is a training and relaxation tool. It does not diagnose or treat anything — if you have health concerns, discuss the exercises with your doctor.
