Kcal is a calorie and macro tracker stripped down to what matters. Log what you eat, see what's left, and move on with your day. LOG YOUR WAY Scan a barcode, search food databases, photograph a nutrition label, get an editable AI estimate from a meal photo or description, or enter nutrition yourself. When you already know the calories, use Quick calories without filling in macros. FASTER EVERY DAY Copy a meal from yesterday or another date. Star foods as favorites and reuse your recent portions. Keep your own foods and recipes in a small library. EVERYTHING AT A GLANCE One fixed home screen shows remaining calories, protein, fat and carbs against your goals, and four simple meal cards. Swipe sideways to browse your diary. YOUR DATA, YOUR BACKUP Export your diary, food library, recipes, favorites and settings to a backup file. Review a backup before restoring it; existing data is kept and identical items are skipped. ONE-TIME PURCHASE Try the full app free for 7 days, then unlock it with one purchase. No subscription, no ads and no account required. AI photo estimates, meal descriptions and nutrition-label reads share an allowance of 10 successful requests per day, during the trial and after purchase. CLEAR ABOUT PRIVACY Your diary is stored on your iPhone. Food searches and barcodes are sent to the relevant food databases. AI photos and meal descriptions are sent to Groq only with your permission; your full diary and goals aren't included. You can withdraw AI sharing permission in Settings. Exported backups are saved wherever you choose. AI nutrition values are estimates. Review and edit them before saving.
