Whether you take pills daily, every other day, or only on weekends, MedicationCheck keeps you on track without the stress. Key Features: Flexible Schedules & Fixed Duration: Configure your intake perfectly. Choose between Daily, Specific Weekdays (e.g., Mon, Wed, Fri), or Intervals. You can also set a "Fixed Duration" for short medication courses, and the schedule will end automatically. Export PDF Reports: Generate clear, professional PDF reports of your medication history with a single tap. Easily share them with your doctor or caregiver. Interactive Widgets & Control Center: Log your dose or check your status right from your Home Screen, Lock Screen, or the iOS 18 Control Center. Smart Notifications: Reminders sync across your devices and cancel themselves once you've logged your intake. They also restore automatically after long periods away from the app. One-Tap Check-in: Confirm you've taken your meds with a single tap on the large, friendly button. A clear dose indicator shows your progress when you take medication several times a day. Rock-Solid History: View your daily progress and past history in a beautiful calendar timeline. Your past logs are securely saved exactly as they happened, even if you change your schedule later. Daily Notes: Record how you felt each day alongside your intake, and keep the context that plain checkmarks can't capture. Flawless Sync: Your schedules and status stay perfectly synced between your iPhone and Apple Watch. Need an instant update on your Watch? Just pull down to refresh. Accessibility First: Fully optimized for VoiceOver, Dynamic Type (extra large text), and Reduce Motion. Every element is labeled and grouped for a frustration-free listening experience. Localized: Available in English, Ukrainian, Russian, and Japanese, with dates and schedules formatted the way your language expects. About

Pill Tracker

Features

Pill Tracker is a medication reminder app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions. Stay on top of your daily medications. Pill Tracker is a simple, calm way to keep track of the pills you take and when โ€” with no account to create and your data kept on your device. ADD YOUR PILLS Set up each medication with its name, dose, and schedule. Choose fixed times (8am, 2pm, 10pm) or interval-based dosing (every 8 hours). ONE-TAP CONFIRMATION When it's time, just tap "Took it." The app tracks what you took and when โ€” no complicated logging. EXTRA CONFIRMATION FOR THE MEDS YOU CHOOSE Mark any medication so that logging a dose takes an extra confirmation tap, and the app flags it when your own logged history already shows a recent dose. These are convenience aids for keeping an accurate personal record โ€” they work only from what you enter in the app, can't know what you've actually taken, aren't a safety-critical control, and don't replace your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions. COURSE TRACKING Taking a 7-day antibiotic? Set it as a temporary medication and watch your progress. Reminders automatically stop when the course is complete. REMINDERS Get a notification when a dose is scheduled, with quick actions so you can confirm without even opening the app. Reminder delivery depends on your phone's settings โ€” the app will help you set those up so reminders are as reliable as your device allows. HOME SCREEN WIDGET See your next pending dose at a glance from your home screen. PRIVACY Your medications, doses, and schedules stay on your device. There's no account to create and no cloud sync โ€” your medication data is never uploaded to us. The app shows ads through Google AdMob, which collects device and advertising identifiers to serve them. See our privacy policy for details. Free to use. No subscriptions. Pill Tracker is a reminder aid, not a medical device, and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions.
