Bring your favorite sites together and explore the things you love in more depth. Which RSS reader do you use? If you're wondering what an RSS reader is, here's the idea: it brings updates from RSS-enabled sites into one place, so you can check their latest articles without opening each site separately. MyLys lets you save interesting stories and return to them when you have time. β Why I created MyLys Photography is a hobby of mine, and I often look for news about cameras and lenses. How will a new Tamron or SIGMA lens render images on a Sony Ξ± camera? How do Fujifilm's Film Simulations change the colors of a landscape? Looking through sample photos, I find myself imagining what I might like to photograph next. I also enjoy following rumors about upcoming Apple products and digital cameras. Once a product is released, I compare reviews I've saved and consider how well it would suit the way I use it. Even the time spent deciding whether to buy is part of the pleasure for me. I also follow sites from around the world, so I added translation to make interesting articles easier to read. It's a pleasure to cross the language barrier and discover perspectives and sample photos I might otherwise have missed. Sometimes an article gives me an idea for a photograph I'd like to try. I added a way to leave notes on articles so I can return to those ideas later. On X (formerly Twitter), news of a photo exhibition or a call for competition entries can disappear down the timeline before I get a chance to return to it. When I save articles from sites I follow in MyLys, I can check exhibition dates and venues while planning a weekend, or take my time reading competition entry requirements. Being able to revisit those announcements more easily has been a welcome change. Rather than open several sites every day, I wanted to gather the things I enjoy in one placeβand read them slowly when the time is right. MyLys is the app I made for myself to do just that. A site must provide an RSS feed to be added. β YOUR FAVORITE SITES, IN ONE PLACE Add sites you read regularly and browse their latest articles in a single list. Build your own collection around the topics that interest you. β SAVE STORIES FOR LATER Save articles to revisit when you have time. Articles saved in advance can also be read while traveling or offline. Available text and images depend on the source and connection when saving. β FIND TOPICS THAT INTEREST YOU Use keywords to find topics of interest among the articles you have collected. β ORGANIZE YOUR WAY Arrange your favorite sites with feeds and folders. MyLys also supports importing data from Feedly. Get started with MyLys for free and make the things you love part of every day.
