Make your pain visible. PainMap is a visual pain diary for anyone living with chronic pain. Tap the body map to mark exactly where it hurts, set how strong it is, and see patterns build up over time, so you can talk to your doctor with real data instead of guesswork. WHAT YOU GET • Body map – front and back model, tap a body part and rate it 1–10. Colour shows intensity at a glance. • Trigger insights – PainMap compares your recent pain with what you logged (coffee, poor sleep, stress, stretching…) and tells you what seems to make it better or worse. • Pain streak – how many days in a row you've had pain, and when your last easy day was. • History filters – find records by body part, intensity, pain type or notes. • Medication log – record what you took and whether it helped. • Statistics – weekly and monthly trends in clear charts. • CSV export – hand your history to your doctor or open it in a spreadsheet. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your health data stays on your device. No account, no cloud upload, no ads. FREE, WITH ONE-TIME PRO Log as much as you like for free and see your last 14 days of history, stats and exports. Unlock Pro once – no subscription – for your full history, long-term trends and complete exports. Works for arthritis, back pain, migraine, fibromyalgia, sciatica, endometriosis and any other pain you want to understand. PainMap is a tracking tool, not medical advice. Always speak to a healthcare professional about your health.
Mindful Support

Mindful Support is a beautifully simple meditation timer that watches over your stillness through tilt. Hold your phone level on your palm (or a few fingers), tap “Begin,” and that orientation becomes your reference as the screen quietly fades to black. Then just close your eyes and sit. When your focus softens and the phone tilts, a gentle vibration and a subtle message let you know. Return to stillness and the message quietly fades away. Noticing your own drift — and settling back — is what guides you into deeper calm. ■ Features • Timer up to 60 minutes, with one-tap 5/10/30 presets and a “Saved” button for your favorite length • Auto-calibration at start — no fiddly setup • A vibration when you tilt past 10°, clearing automatically as you return to level • Relaxing home-screen music (toggle on/off) and a soft start chime • A results screen with duration, distractions, and stillness • A growing day streak the more you practice • Optionally save sessions to a dedicated calendar ■ Privacy Tilt detection uses only your device’s gravity sensor. No camera, microphone, location, or network. Everything runs on your device.
