Lift Heavy is the logbook for people who take lifting seriously — fast, clean, no fluff. Load the bar, track every set, and watch your numbers climb. BUILT FOR LIFTERS • Lightning-fast logging — punch in weight, reps, and RPE on the built-in number pad, no keyboard in the way. • 80+ built-in exercises plus your own — barbell, dumbbell, machine, cable, and any custom movement or gym machine you train on. • Automatic PR detection — see every new best the moment you hit it. • Built-in 5/3/1 calculator — enter your maxes and get every working set and warm-up, rounded to real plates. • Smart warm-up sets and plate math — see exactly what to load, with men's, women's, or a custom bar. PLAN YOUR TRAINING • Build full programs in the visual builder — week by week, with progress tracking. • Discover ready-made programs and download them straight into your plans. • Meaningful analytics, free for everyone: volume, training density, Strength Score, body heatmap, and Swift Charts trends. HYBRID & CONDITIONING • Nine block types for real training — straight sets, supersets, circuits, AMRAP, EMOM, For Time, rest-pause, drop sets, and clusters. • Guided EMOM, Tabata, AMRAP, and For Time players that pace every round — on iPhone and Apple Watch. • Seven input types cover barbell work, bodyweight, and the ergs — weight/reps, reps-only, calories/time, distance/time, time-only, distance-only, and calories-only. CAPTURE A WORKOUT, YOUR WAY • Say it out loud or snap a photo of a whiteboard or notebook — Lift Heavy turns it into a structured, editable workout, ready to log. • Review and fix anything before you save — nothing is logged until you say so. • Your voice is transcribed on your device. (Workout structuring uses AI and is provided in English.) SEAMLESS ACROSS DEVICES • Apple Watch — log right from your wrist and hand off an active workout between iPhone and Watch. Structured blocks (EMOM, AMRAP, For Time, supersets, circuits) show and log on your wrist. • Siri & Shortcuts — start and log workouts by voice. • Import your history from Hevy, Strong, or FitNotes; export as CSV or JSON. Available in English, Spanish, and German. Download the app, log your first set, and start lifting heavy. Lift Heavy Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. I built this app because I wasn’t finding a logger that treated lifting like lifting. Most apps pushed gamification, AI coaching, and social features that got in the way. So I built the app I actually wanted in the gym. That means a completely free app for experienced and serious lifters. No social features, no gamification, no internet required for logging, and no AI. I didn’t want another app trying to motivate me or tell me how to lift. I wanted to build my routines the way I wanted, log sets easily with the features I wanted, and look back at honest training history. PRMaxxing is that. What you get with my app * Fast set logging built for the gym * Full routine control: set types, rest timers, supersets, unilateral logging and more * Honest history you can edit, with real PR tracking * Automatic progression schemes * Many graph types and tracking tools that show real progress * Warmup presets you can tune your way * Completely free, with no accounts, and no data tracking.
