Easily preview your exact interior and exterior paint colors before making them permanent. Repaint combines ultra-realistic AI generation with manufacturer-accurate colors so you can try before you buy. The app automatically distinguishes between siding, trim, shutters, cabinets, and more to give you a complete view of your project. Featuring top brands including Behr, Benjamin Moore, Sherwin Williams, PPG, Glidden, Dunn-Edwards, Valspar, and Farrow and Ball. Key Features at a Glance Snap & Visualize: Users can take a photo directly from the app or upload one from their gallery. The AI analyzes the image, distinguishing among surfaces like siding, shutters, and trim without manual editing. Brand-Accurate Library: The app features a comprehensive library of real paint colors from top manufacturers including Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, Behr, Valspar, PPG, and Farrow and Ball matched to official specifications. True-to-Life Lighting: Unlike basic overlay tools, Repaint’s AI engine accounts for lighting conditions, showing how colors behave in bright sunlight, shadows, or warm indoor lighting. Cross-Platform Sync: Projects sync seamlessly between the web and mobile app. A user can start a project on their desktop at home and refine it on their phone at the hardware store. One-Tap Application: Colors are applied with a single tap, delivering high-resolution results that can be easily shared with family or clients. Organizing and Sharing: Customers can keep track of their chosen colors and combine their images into albums with shareable links. We’ve distilled the complex process of painting into four simple steps: Snap: Upload a photo of any room or your home’s exterior. Our AI automatically identifies walls, trim, and ceilings and more with precision. Pick: Choose from a comprehensive library of manufacturer-accurate colors. We use real-world color data from the brands you trust—like Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore—to ensure the digital color you see matches the can you buy. Apply: Experience the "pixel-perfect" difference. Apply colors with a single tap. Our engine respects natural lighting, textures, and shadows, giving you a realistic representation of how light interacts with the pigment at different times of day. Share: Home improvement is better together. Instantly export high-resolution visualizations to share with family, friends, or your professional contractor to ensure everyone is on the same page before the first brushstroke. Eliminate the "Oops" Factor A gallon of premium paint is an investment; a professional paint job is an even bigger one. Don't risk a costly mistake. With Repaint, you can explore bold accent walls, trendy exterior neutrals, or timeless interior classics with confidence. Color Accuracy: Digital color representations may vary from actual paint colors due to differences in screen brightness, resolution, and display technology (e.g., True Tone or Night Shift settings). While Repaint utilizes manufacturer-provided color data, these visualizations are intended as a guide only. We strongly recommend purchasing a physical paint sample or swatch to test in your home’s unique lighting conditions before making a final purchase. Trademarks: All product names, logos, and brands mentioned (including Sherwin-Williams, Benjamin Moore, Behr, Dunn-Edwards, Farrow and Ball, and PPG/Glidden) are the property of their respective owners. Use of these names, trademarks, and brands is for identification and nominative purposes only and does not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from the brand owners. Repaint is an independent visualization tool.

Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Repaint House Paint Visualizer at 4.8 against DrawPlan's 3.0. Repaint House Paint Visualizer also leads on ratings volume (713 vs 2). DrawPlan's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 59%) and in-app purchases (none vs 4). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Repaint House Paint Visualizer sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $39.99 per month. DrawPlan asks for nothing beyond the download.
Repaint House Paint Visualizer holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Repaint House Paint Visualizer has 713 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 59% of Repaint House Paint Visualizer's written reviews are positive against 100% of DrawPlan's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
