You already know you shouldn't text him. But knowing isn't enough when it's 2am and your whole body is pulling you toward your phone. UnSent was built for that exact moment. It's a no contact companion that helps you break the cycle not by pretending it's easy, but by being there when it's hardest. What UnSent does: When the urge hits, tap the urge button. UnSent walks you through a 5 step process that interrupts the impulse, helps you see the situation more clearly, and automatically blocks your most tempting apps for 30 minutes so you can breathe. During your vulnerable hours, late at night, weekends, whenever you set. UnSent quietly shields the apps that tempt you most. So you don’t have to rely on willpower alone. A personalized AI reflects back what you may be feeling, what could happen if you sent that message, and how you'll feel tomorrow morning if you don't. Your journal is a personal space to write what you can't say out loud. Your progress tracker shows you every day you chose yourself. This app won't judge you. It won't tell you to just move on. It knows healing isn't linear and some nights are harder than others. It’s there to help you pause, reflect, and get through the moment.
