Rushed to argue in a meeting, bought a subscription on impulse, or agreed to extra work while exhausted? Capture it in one line and leave yourself a better next step. Mistake Board is a local-first reflection journal. One line is enough to save a note. Expand the optional reflection when you want to add what happened and why. Write how to avoid it next time to create a prevention card automatically. You can: • Keep active notes on a board and file them when resolved • Log “It Happened Again” on the same record and keep its timeline • Review recurring patterns over 7 or 30 days • Pin an action rule and set a free weekly review reminder • Search, export, and create or restore JSON backups No account is required. Your records stay on your device. Feedback is optional: only when you submit, your text, optional email, and the app/device information listed on the form are forwarded through the feedback server. Records are not uploaded automatically. Recording, the board, review, cards, recurrences, search, export, and backup restore stay free. An optional one-time Pro purchase adds a privacy lock, extra reminders, and Home Screen / Lock Screen widgets. The App Store shows the price.
