EyeList is a surgical logbook and planning tool for ophthalmologists who want to plan cases clearly and document their work in one place. Unlike logbooks that are completed only after surgery, EyeList supports the full workflow—from pre‑op planning through post‑op documentation—so your record reflects how you actually work in clinic and theatre. Designed to minimise manual entry, EyeList uses structured fields and drop‑down selections so you can capture cases quickly and consistently without repetitive typing. Key features Plan and log surgical cases in one workflow Build daily surgery lists by date, reorder cases, star cases, and mark cases done Structured data entry with predefined options and favourites Record procedure type, eye, IOL (including toric), device, surgeon role, hospital, and notes Document VA/refraction and key planning/outcome fields (including refractive planning where relevant) Review past cases in a logbook view, filter by procedure, and jump back to the original day Export your logbook to Excel/CSV and share PDFs for your records Access EyeList allows you to try the app with a limited number of cases. An annual subscription unlocks unlimited case logging and future updates. Subscription Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in App Store account settings. Privacy & disclaimer Your data is stored locally on your device, with optional backups (including iCloud Drive on iOS when enabled). EyeList is intended as a personal surgical logbook and planning aid for ophthalmology professionals. It does not provide diagnostic or treatment recommendations. About

Throughline

Features

Most symptom trackers ask three minutes a day and hand you a spreadsheet. Throughline asks ten seconds and hands you one page your doctor will actually read. TEN SECONDS A DAY One screen. Tap to log severity. No sliders, no typing, no forms. It saves as you go. If today is much like yesterday, fill the whole day in one tap and edit what changed. THE APPOINTMENT BRIEF Turn months of logs into a single page built for a ten-minute consultation: how many days you actually logged, what changed since your last visit, how often each symptom appeared and how bad it got, whether you took what you were prescribed, and the questions you wanted to ask. Export as a PDF and hand it over. PATTERNS, WITH THE RECEIPTS Throughline compares your symptoms against your medications and daily context, both same day and the day after. Every finding shows how many days it rests on and both averages being compared. When there is not enough data to say something responsible, it says that instead of showing you a colour-coded grid. NO STREAKS. NO GUILT. There is no chain to break and no badge to lose. Missing days are part of being ill, not a failure of discipline. One optional reminder a day, at a time you choose. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No account. No cloud. Everything lives on your device. Logging, editing any past entry, backing up and restoring, and full CSV export are free forever, including if you cancel. THROUGHLINE PRO Unlocks the Appointment Brief PDF, pattern analysis, unlimited tracking and full history. Everything above stays free. Built for migraine, ME/CFS, fibromyalgia, endometriosis, IBD, arthritis, long COVID, MS and POTS, and anything else that needs explaining to a doctor who has ten minutes. Throughline is a personal record. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or give medical advice.
